The doors and services do not open until 9 and they don't start helping people until a little after 9. Had an appointment for passport application and photo services for 9:15 was out by 9:45. Jackie was kind and straight to the point. She explained the process very well. I would come back again for sure. Money orders are available for $2.12. Be sure to have your birth certificate (& photo copy), photo ID (& photo copy) and application.

This review is only for the staff who assisted me. While traveling we had to mail somethings back home that we couldn’t take in the plane. It is no secret postal workers have a reputation for being angry & rude. Not everyone working for the post office is like this, and Ms. Jackie is this exception. She greeted me with a smile. She’s a good spirited person. If you get the opportunity of her assisting you with your postal needs; let her know she made my review with 5 Stars. You never know what someone is dealing with. A genuine smile, kindness, compassion and grace is free to give and it goes a long way. Thank you Ms. Jackie.

Edna was extremely polite and helpful! We were getting passports for the first time and she made the experience a breeze. She even offered to assist two other families that did not have an appointment.

Extremely clean space and very efficiently run! I had a parcel to send and the line moved extremely quickly, with a straightforward interaction with each customer. Certainly a place I would use to send mail in the future.

I ship stuff on average once a week for a couple years here and everything goes smoothe. I saw the 2 star rating and just didn't think it was fare. Probably people are more likely to review a post office when they have a bad experience but the employees are friendly and work through the line at a reasonable pace considering the high ammount of traffic and any time I've overheard a dispute the employees reasoning was completely reasonable and the customers was not. I guess some people can't handle the truth. But I like going here.

They got my package processed and passed on much faster than I could have hoped.

If you are applying for Passport go with the young lady with glasses i think her name is Jazmine , I was in and out less than 30 Min for my 3 year old son new passport , Did photo's and copy's at the location .

There was no line. I know that was just a coincidence. However, I appreciate the quick and speedy service to drop off my package and keep it moving.

I don't expect post office employees to always be cheery and helpful, but Paul is the exception. He always has a smile on his face, greets regulars by name, helps the confused without making them feel they wasted people's time by standing in line not having everything perfect and ready to mail, etc. In a day where it's easy to interface only online for shipping packages, I would go into this post office every time if it were Paul or others like him that were there to help! Thank you, Paul.

I look forward to going to this postal location for many reasons. The friendly and helpful staff. My favorite is Paul, he gives a lighthearted atmosphere to the entire place. The place is always clean and inviting and even when they are extremely crowded they try to make every customer feel important and valued.

I don't go to that office often just to buy stamps, send important letters out or gifts to family members and never have problems, people are nice and helpful so people it's up to you if you want and like this place good luck 🙏🙏

Best post office in town! I picked up my mail, got hair cut, they changed my oil, got a full massage, and they baked me a cake! However, there was a line all the way back to my car.

Ever since Dubbya's war, the gop lead congress increased the yearly dollar amount for retirement benefits. This allowed congress to slide funds into the Iraq war. Totally inane! What the results are less postal workers serving the public in the post offices and continuing morale decline, not knowing if their jobs are safe and or not being privatized by congress. Needless to say these actions reflect less than normal or favorable customer services in some locations. I for one cannot think of not having the usps. They perform a great service the citizens of the United States.

Marcus was very helpful and polite. He double taped a few of our packages to ensure the arrived unharmed. He also saved us a few bucks by comparing shipping prices.

The employee Paul was very kind courteous and even help me fill out my envelope I typically never use the mail so I have no idea what to do but Paul was extremely helpful and awesome I highly recommend this place for my experience

Always quick very friendly staff

Had a passport appointment and Jazmin was incredibly friendly and efficient. We were in and out in no time.

I came in to get my passport, everyone was very nice and welcoming. I was done in a matter of 15min.

Had to mail a few postcards (first time) and clerk was super nice, friendly, and helpful. No line and short wait time!

Their is a gentleman that works at the front from New York and he has a great sense of humor and personality and yet is very professional.
