This is my first experience with this carrier. OMG. The associates went over and above what I expected. I walked in at 10 a.m. I was transferring service. My previous carrier was so bad and unprofessional that Idali, my associate was with me for over 5 hrs trying to correct the mess of the other carrier. I was treated with the utmost respect and knowledge of the services they were providing. What an amazing experience. There are not enough words to describe this company and this wonderful and patient young woman. Both restored my faith.

Thank you, Jose, at the Hancock and Academy location! I appreciate you going above and beyond in helping me get my daughter's phone replaced!!! What was supposed to be a wonderful Christmas present turned out to be such an ordeal the last month and a half and although I was not able to get the phone that I originally purchased from a private person switched over to T-Mobile you at least made the experience of trading in as smooth and easy as possible. Big, big shout out to Jose, Josh, and Alan!! I have been a long-time T-MOBILE customer (20+ years), and they never disappoint me.. let's start with the angry customer who made a major fuss over her, breaking her phone.. the associate was calm and understanding, explaining different options as well as why things could not be completed. During that time, NEVER did the associate become rude or nasty. Then last week I had to get my youngest daughter's phone upgraded and decided to order mine. Today, I went in to get my new phone transferred over and ended up getting my oldest's phone upgraded and to replace my dad's. These guys are patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and just up front gentlemen/women. Any issues or questions, no matter how small or large, they answered them all and even dumbed down the answer so I could understand. I have never had a bad experience, whether in store or on the phone, and that is why I stay with T-MOBILE. They are always watching my account and let me know of all the promotions and offers that could benefit me. Keep up the good work and great service!! Kudos to you guys!!

I went in yesterday (4/11/22) to get a new phone plan with T-Mobile. I was immediately helped by Joshua and he was awesome. Very friendly and patient with what I had going on, and explained everything very clearly. (I'm not very tech savvy) A very nice lady also helped towards the end (unfortunately I didn't get her name) and she was super helpful and friendly as well. Definitely the best customer service I have received in a very long time. I recommend going to this store.

I cannot express the gratitude I have for Ashlea from this location. My son's phone and wallet were stolen while he was going to school out of state and I was in panic mode trying to figure out how to get him a new phone as quickly as possible with him having no identification. Ashlea had so much empathy for my situation and went above and beyond anything I ever expected. I could truly go on and on about this girl. T-mobile if she ever leaves your company I hope she comes and looks me up because as a manager of a chain retailer I would offer her a position immediately!

Jose gave us outstanding customer service very kind and very considerate and most enjoyable experience.

I want to give a Big Shout Out to Ashlee Stoddard for been so Friendly and tending to correct my billing account of error after error of all the idiots I talked to on the phone offshore. Just left this location and immediately wanted to sign on to give Halima a rave review. She was so helpful and genuinely fun to work with. AT&T made it extremely difficult to port my number over and she was so helpful throughout the entire process. Thanks Halima!

Evelyn...Evelyn...Evelyn...AMAZING!!! My upgrade was a 2 day process. Evelyn stayed the course and made it a lot less stressful! She provided Old School customer service! She was extremely patient and understanding!. She went above and beyond to complete the upgrade!! KUDOS to Evelyn as well as the other staff for providing excellent service! 👏 👏

I just have to say, one of the best customer service experiences I have had at a T-Mobile store in a long time. You will definitely see me as a customer there again. 😁😁😁 Halima was a blast to work with and she explained everything we needed to know about our plan, payments, etc. and what to see with the upcoming bill.

My husband and I signed up as new customers a couple of months ago, first time with T-mobile and we are very happy with the service we received at this store! We worked with both Brandon's on two different visits and they both helped us port our numbers, get temporary numbers, get new phones, explained their phone trade-in program and promotional offers to us and went over our future bill with us and ETC. Both of them were very honest, exceptionally professional, crazy knowledgeable on everything and very thorough!

I recommend this store to everyone I know!

I am really confused as to why there is so many low ratings for this store... Every time we go in there, the employees are always busy helping customers and are always friendly to them and us :)

Halima Tate was such an excellent person to work with I got signed up with a new tablet and home wifi. The experience was smooth sailing. She is awesome.

Halima was so jovial and shared in my excitement with my purchase. This location is one of the best in the city, especially since they tend to have the most expansive collection of accessories in stock. Kyle, the manager is awesome as well! I used to work in T-Mobile retail, so I can say from both sides of the coin, these guys are phenomenal! They are worth travelling to from anywhere in town!

I came in yesterday looking for some wireless headphones and was helped by a very friendly staff that was FULL of positive energy. Anthony and Halima were both very helpful and knowledgeable on what I was looking for. It's not often I get to smile while spending money I should be saving, but they DEFINITELY made it a great experience. Highly recommend this location, these two are definitely there to make things easy for you.

Haven't had any problems with my phone and I have internet bundled so far

Curt was delightful and very patient with us. Even with our toddler running around! He’s definitely a great employee with great customer service etiquette. We didn’t get pushed into anything we didn’t want.

Sam has been the best T-Mobile employee I have worked with. We switched back from Verizon because of the IPhone on us deal. That and we would be saving money on our bill. We walked out with 2 brand new IPhone Pro Max’s. Work with her if you can!!
She’s Super energetic, bubbly and super informative! Even though she was working July 4th Sam still had a smile on her face, was honest with what plan she was putting us on and whenever I had a question she didn't just answer it but she answered it thoroughly. She broke down each and every charge that will be on our bill before proceeding with everything. GIVE THIS PERSON A RAISE 💸💸
