I signed up for the one on one personal training with Russ! He was amazing and helped me really push through to hit my goals.

The gym environment is very inclusive and body positive. Never felt uncomfortable or judged. I cannot recommend this gym and the staff enough.

Very clean and functional space. Sign up was easy and quick looking forward to getting to use the gym here!

The gym is beautiful in and out. The environment is welcoming for all fitness levels and the owner Russ is a great help with anything you need. Would definitely recommend looking into getting a membership here!

Extremely clean gym. Extremely nice staff- Russ was a huge help getting started. Lots of machines and not too crowded so never going to waste time waiting for machines. Can’t go wrong with a gym like this, it is worth every penny.

Working out here with Russ as your personal trainer is great experience and motivating. The gym is modern and has everything you need at a gym.

Was a happy member here under previous owner (Gaslamp Gym) and was disappointed when it closed due to covid.

Very excited it opened again now under new name Jog33. Made several changes to the place with new equipment, looks, and lighting that are all great. Place is clean and uncrowded. Good combination of free weights and cardio equipment. Staff has been awesome. Location is great. Very happy with it.
