Ordered an arrangement for my gender reveal dinner and couldn’t be more obsessed with it. Amazing florist, flowers were fresh and delivered directly to the restaurant with affordable pricing. This is a private shop, so it’s best to call for inquiries or any questions!

Liz was absolutely phenomenal. She went so far out of her way for me for a last minute proposal. Amazing customer service! In the limited time she had the flowers came out stunning. I can’t wait to use her for future events!

Braintree flowers did an exceptional job for my daughter's wedding. Liz O'Hanley helped me with several different aspects of the wedding. She provided the gorgeous dining table flowers; very beautiful chuppah decor, the cake decor and her creative ceiling lanterns with flowers and lights were the perfect touch. Additionally, . Liz is an absolute pleasure to work with and her pricing is definitely reasonable!

I ordered flowers for a funeral for a family member very special to me and Braintree Flowers delivered a beautiful flower arrangement to the funeral home. I would recommend them to everyone. I will definitely order flowers from here again. The flower arrangement was gorgeous!

Wonderful experience, ordered a custom flower box, complete with chocolate, baked goods, and wine. My partner was blown away. So nice to see quality flower art from a local small business. Great job! Can't wait to see the spring/summer collection!

If you want to order flowers for your friend or a family member, for God's sake, keep away from this store if you don't want to ruin the celebration. My family ordered a bouquet for my birthday. What I received looked like a joke: 1) the bouquet doesn't look like the one shown on the website and instead of the vase there is an ugly jar, 2) the flowers are dead, dry and literally are falling apart. 3) my family also asked to attach a post card with a short birthday wish to the flowers. What I received instead, hardly has any explanation. 4) I called the store immediately and instead of apologies, I was told that this is the type of garden roses and they should look like this (seriously?). When my family saw these "flowers" they were very upset. Just for your better understanding - see the attached pictures of what was ordered and what was received. So, please NEVER order from here. This company is either a scam or is managed by inadequate people. Flowers should bring people joy and happiness, not humiliation and disappointment

Received an arrangement for Mother's Day yesterday. It was not only ridiculously sparse, but also wilted and browning. They obviously knew what they were delivering because they left it on my front stairs without knocking on my door. I tried to call them several times but, no surprise, no answer. I tried to attach a picture but for some reason couldn't. What a disgrace!

I wanted to give a warning to those looking to purchase from here. I’m not certain if this is a scam business, however, I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and not only did I get an email saying they delivered a day earlier than I originally asked them to be, but the flowers were never actually delivered. I tried calling the business multiple times to inquire about this but never got a response. Be careful!

For no reason, never order from this place ever! We arrived at the door just to know how to set up an appointment and instead we were received by the owner who scolded us off, with an extremely rude attitude. Don’t ever request any service from them!
