This service, and they are (a service)- is a powerhouse of efficiency! I love going there with Amazon returns primarily, and they are warm to me, and fast! They have a nice selection of country style gifts, and some card racks with an excellent / unique card selection
I look forward to perusing. For mailings, the offer all kinds of ways to ship and prices to choose from. The store itself is very clean and bright. I really love doing business there.

They are the best! I went in this morning as soon as they opened. The gentleman working was awesome. I was a little more clueless than usual. He was so patient and helpful. Guided me through canceling my original returns so that I could process through them. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I walked in right behind two customers each carrying two unlabeled boxes. "Ugh," I thought, anticipating how long this usually takes at other establishments. Well, more employees emerged from the rear of the store to the registers, until there were 4 employees on a busy friday afternoon all helping customers! After waiting about 3 minutes, I was being helped, and the woman was quick with processing my shipments and patient as I looked up the phone number of the destination address (hint - have this ready when you go!) I had the option for USPS, UPS, and FedEx for each shipment. Having three options in one place was a huge advantage of this store.

I used this business to send Christmas gifts to my niece and nephew. I had to use a fairly large box and it was going to cost more to ship the gifts than I'd spent on them. The employee offered to cut the box down, and then repacked the box, taped it back up and shipped it. Based on the new dimensions of the box once the employee cut it down she saved me over $20! I really appreciated the service, especially at a busy time of year.

I've been using the iPostal1 internet mail service at this Postal Center USA location for almost two years & the experience is always fantastic—this is on one of my favorite businesses full-stop. All the employees, and John especially, are courteous, knowledgeable, and—as another reviewer put it—a "powerhouse of efficiency," so true! When I make a mistake on the iPostal1 website and accidentally mark something important (like a check or new credit card) for "discard," they politely email me and ask if I'm sure I want to do that & then quickly resolve the mistake I made, without charging me. It's always easy, and the common-sense above & beyond white glove service gives me the confidence to continue using iPostal1. They've saved me a lot of money and headaches correcting my mistakes. Picking up packages is always hassle-free/painless, even if I'm not able to schedule a pick up date in time (note: the iPostal1 website has corrected a problem where you couldn't schedule same-day pick up, so that's not an issue anymore). They have NEVER made a mistake with the hundreds of mail items and many packages. John has helped me move large/heavy boxes into my car, provides me with advice re the iPostal1 service, and the other employees have also helped me with dollies & rounded up bunches of packages, when they really didn't have to. This place is a pillar of my business and personal life, can't recommend them more.

I've been a client for over a decade. John, Patti, Jessica and Heather run a friendly, efficient, tight ship. In spite of monumental difficulties throughout the intrusion (shoehorning) of a Starbucks across the parking lot a couple years back and - even worse - the pandemic of the past 15 months, they were always there, ready to help keep the customers and packages moving briskly and on time. They also instituted an incoming package management system that has greatly improved notification of arrivals to client inboxes. I couldn't be happier with their organization. Highest recommendations.

Brought something in to ship. I just needed to get a box. The return label was printed. They took the items, I paid for the box and they did the rest. Not even 5 minutes for the whole transaction!! I was in and out!!

This co. is the BEST ! They go out of theyre way. To help you with packaging, and shipping! I would give them 10 stars if possible.
