Traveling with my kids from Georgia to Virginia when our truck air conditioning completely ran out. Every one was nice and knowledgeable and quick to help us. They went above and beyond. Walter Whey even put the Freon in our truck for us. Excellent costumer service.

Alexandra and Walter are the absolute best. Even when I'm out of town and call they still help every time. Very knowledgeable and very very professional. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I came in close to closing. The gentleman helped me get oil for a car. I have not driven in quite some time. They looked it up. They found the oil and they put the oil in for me. They asked if they do anything else.They were friendly and very helpful..

I went here the other day and was having issues with my battery. Jonathan was absolutely amazing! He came outside in a hurry to help me! He was so sweet! We need more people like him!

Man when I tell you I got amazing service today, that's what I got hard to find now a days. DENNIS was the guys name he took the time to look up the product , walk me down the aisle to show me the different products, which products had deals, helped me save 20 bucks on my items and had a great attitude. Promise I'll be back in this store as long as he's here with the great service he provided me.

Would have given 5 stars but item i wanted was always out of stock, which was the "pass your inspection" fluid, lol. Cashier said they always sold out as soon as they got it. Ive often heard this b4 from stores and always wondered why they didnt just order more? Customer service was very good!! Update...longgg line this time, but cashier made up 4 that by being extra courteous and friendly..and they had the product i wanted in stock this time so 5 stars this time:)

I received amazing service! The staff is extremely knowledgeable. They were able to save me a ton of money by using a product in store that solved my issue vs going to a shop.

We we're on our way home today from the beach on Highway70 E pass the Princeton area when we had a fan belt break so we made it into the BP station and called Auto Zone in Selma on Pollock Street and Derrick and Travis were amazingly helpful from the start trying to get us and our sick dog back on the road home. They got us a new belt and the tools needed for the repair to us. They went way beyond for us and we are so grateful they were willing to help us out. I will never forget you 2 guys. Had a battery replaced today. A young lady working in the store told by cashier "We ain't got no time to be installing no batteries. We already got one. You can just tell your customers no" But he did not!He came out fully protected and socially distancing. Thank you Tristan!!! I appreciate excellent service

Car was having problems starting. Stopped here on my drive home to FL from DC. Staff is AMAZING! They checked everything and we ended up going with a new battery, which they replaced for me. They were so nice to me and my 2 kids (3 and 7). A+++ everyone!

I enjoy shopping at most AutoZone parts stores, but by far this one is my favorite. I drive out of my way to do business with the S. Pollock location.
The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Seems like the grey shirts, the supervisors, are on top of their game when it comes to managing staff and store knowledge. Five plus stars for this location.

Great experience. Helped me find what I needed told me about a deal that they had on oil and filter and air filter. Also helped me bring my items to my car. Very nice employees.

Super friendly staff!
Also this location is usually well staffed so you don't have to wait long for help. If you don't know what part to get, they will help you. I prefer Auto Zone over the other auto parts places.
