Related to my recent purchase experience, I must give this a full 5 stars. What can/should a customer expect of a retailer when searching for a specific product?

Well, here are a few obvious ones: A clean, bright, well-stocked, neat establishment with courteous and helpful employees. Advance Auto passes on all of these points. I had never been in the store before so I had no idea where to find what I was looking for. Within a few seconds after making my way into the store, an employee was there offering to assist. He answered my questions and offered suggestions about my purchase.

I was soon able to make an informed decision and depart with my automotive products. Thank you Advance Auto.

They have a good selection of parts, and accessories for your car. They are very courteous, and helpful if you need help finding filters or anything for your car.

I like the pick up service when you order online, it's ready after 30 min usually from the ordering time. But the variety of products and parts are a bit tight.
