Panda Express

I am truly grateful and excited to share that the service I received from Alex, the manager, this week was outstanding. I needed to place a last-minute catering order for a company meeting and only had 1.5 hours' notice. I tried to book online at the location nearest to our office, but the website didn’t allow me to pick up the order until 12:30pm, which was too late for our meeting. When I called the location directly, they were too busy to help.

I then reached out to this location, where Alex answered the phone. Understanding my urgent situation, he took charge and managed to prepare the order in just 40 minutes. Not only did he meet the tight deadline, but he also ensured that all the food was safely placed in my vehicle.

Thank you so much, Alex! Your exceptional efforts are greatly appreciated and went above and beyond expectations!!!!

Sometimes at panda express they can be quite stingy with some dishes but the guy that served me was super generous! Should have ordered one to share! Also it was too hot here.

Some of the freshest PE food I've had in a LONG time. Great service and SUPER clean. Definitely worth more visits.

My 4yr old son and I went by the drive thru this evening around 5:15pm... Melanie was working the window and she was VERY polite, (they were out of the kids meal box, but that will happen🤷🏼‍♀) not only was our food so FRESH and perfectly made, but the serving size was better than I expected♡!!♡ my green beans had great flavor and a nice flavor crisp crunch... just overall taken aback by how well they did from Melanie's customer service to the food quality and how they worked so well together... this was a GREAT quick and easy dinner after a long day.

Cheap and easy but I still prefer a real Chinese restaurant but this location has been pretty reliable on service

Food was fresh and hot and tasty. The place just looks like any fast food restaurant. It was crowded but staff was apologetic when some of the entrees ran out and they were busy my asking more. Wait time was only about 5 min.

Food was delivered quickly through the drive through. Couldn't have been in line for more than 2 minutes. There was a minor issue with my order but I called and a terrific staff member rectified it for me.

Update 2022-09-12:
Still very good. One of the two combo plates were filled generously while the other was quite meager portions. But food was good.

Probably one of the best Panda Express I have been to. Plenty of freshly wok-cooked food. Fast, efficient service. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Plenty of parking. Easy to get in and out being a the NE corner of Date Palm and Ramon. Definitely a place I'll come back to soon!

The staff was so welcoming and friendly even in the midst of a catastrophic rush they were all able to remain cool and collected and keep their composure. Especially Fernando and Marlene. Their generosity came as a mirage out of the desert. As Panda Express appeared to me as a mirage out of the desert to break the monotony of a long road trip. Reuniting with old friends is always a pleasure and it leaves you wondering…

How had I gone a whole F**king year without eating Panda Express?!

Astonishingly good customer service. I was greeted promptly after the customer in line ahead of me finished ordering. I only wanted a three piece shrimp. The order taker asked if I was willing to wait while it was cooked. I said yes. I then moved to the cashier to pay. Once having paid, Leslie held out a cup and asked if I'd like a drink while I waited. I said YES! Thank you!!

My food was quick and delicious 🙂 I come here all the time always busy but your employee Melanie L helps me is always cheerful and is a just a delight u she her great attitude ☺ she deserves to be recognized for her great work!

It's always a pleasure to eat there. The food is wonderful and the staff are friendly. The dining room is always clean and inviting.

This is our familys go to last minute meal Panda. I like this location because the staff are very friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Since it is in a shopping center there seems to be a lot of parking but it can be hard to find a parking spot but its worth ot The food is always prepared perfectly.

Always good, although lately the portions seem to b a bit sparse, especially in the bowls.

Panda Express is our go to road trip fast food choice. If you avoid the sugar coated choices you can have a healthy meal of steamed veggies and chicken with no sauce on it.

We enjoyed our new-to-us local Panda. It is always tasty, especially the Honey Walnut Shrimp, and never disappoints.
