Bluebird Self Storage - Hampstead, NH

We have had the BEST experience with Bluebird Hampstead. Kevin was so helpful and patient as we asked all of our questions and then set us up with our new unit. Upon our first time going to the unit I stopped in the office and met Yves and he was just as kind and helpful and pointed out the complimentary things they have for renters, coffee and water station, and offered me a Bluebird shirt and reusable bag. The facility it’s self is SO clean and well organized, we look forward to continuing our rental here for a long time.

PROS & CONS

PROS
1) The building is fresh and new
2) The staff is friendly and always available to assist and answer questions
3) Your key is your smart phone – no lock to buy, no key to lose
4) Lighting turns on/off via motion detectors
5) 24-hour surveillance
6) The facility is huge so you can pay less if you’re willing to walk a little further
7) The carts are large and plentiful

CONS
1) When I first inquired, I was shown only the most convenient and costly units. Before renting, go home and think about what you can save by taking a few extra steps.
2) You have to look past the free t-shirt promotion. Apparently someone in marketing decided that t-shirts that said “GET YOUR $#!T TOGETHER” was the message that Bluebird is proud to be associated with.

SUMMARY
The bottom line is that it's easy to use. My belongings are safe. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I found the employees at the Bluebird Storage in Hampstead, NH are very helpful and accomodating. The building is kept very clean. I would highly recommend using this facility if you need extra storage.
