Went in to get my cracked screen fixed. Fantastic customer service, friendly staff and phone was fixed within 45 minutes at a good price. I will definitely be returning for other repairs and battery products in the future. Thank you Batteries Plus!

I brought my phone in for a new battery. The staff were friendly, courteous, and got the job done in one hour as promised. Everything went well, and I found a nice light-up dog collar for extra safety during evening walks with her. I have been to B&B before, and I've always had a good experience there.

Same day repair on my S23 ultra. Got it done earlier then quoted. Upfront pricing. No complaints.

The service was great! They figured out what was happening with an iPhone 5 and fixed it. It turned out that the battery was expanding making the screen rise and the home button not work. I expected to pay for a new home button, a new screen, and a new battery. Only the latter was the charge. They have a customer for life.

I dropped my phone & cracked the screen....REALLY cracked it !! It was 3/4 blacked out. The phone could not be used !
PANIC set in: no phone, its my only phone, new ones are super expensive.... WHAT TO DO!!!

But I remembered them from other visits & called. They gave a quote, both the price & time needed to replace the screen were very reasonable.

Phone was back in service within 2 hours.

Excellent experience. Appointment online, $10 discount. No drama when I called to say I would be 15 minutes late. Repair done in less than one hour and $79 versus Apple store $129, and 3 hours for them to say it couldn’t be done.

They were recommended to me when I had to get my phone glass repaired. They were friendly, helpful, honest, and quick. It was pricey but was comparable to other places.

The first screen was defective within an hour but I took it back and the guys replaced it again with no problems. It is great now. The guys were all very nice and pleasant to work with. Thank you!!!!

Friendly, knowledgeable employees. Left my phone for a few hours while I did some shopping. Came back and it was ready: a new screen (not just new glass) and battery for less than the cost of the screen at another, big brand shop.

Yeti and Brian provided wonderful service. Brian is incredibly skilled with his technical ability and Yeti was wonderful with our child. The store has so much more than fixing phones or other electrical items! If your reading this review just go and see for yourself! ^_^

Excellent staff! They had my phone fixed in fair time, they were extremely nice and helpful. If I ever need any phone, laptop, tablet, ext. fixed I will definitely be going there!

They fixed it the same afternoon, right on time, and for $75 less than two other local shops quoted. The staff was courteous on the phone and in person. Definitely a good experience.

I needed a new iPhone 6 battery. I couldn't pin down a time at the Apple Store so I went to Best Buy. They told me they have a 60% chance of having to send my phone off for 5-7 days. Can't do that. I was in and out of Batteries & Bulbs + in 20 minutes. It's a waste of time to go anywhere else.
