Whataburger

When I tell you. This is a great location. Busy. But move fast. By the time we got our drinks and sat down the lady was coming with our food. Manager is very nice. Food was fresh and made exactly the way I ordered. I love on the opposite side of town. But I won't have a problem driving the extra miles just for a great meal. Thank you Whataburger.

Great food & service. Staff members were personable and friendly yet still professional. They were promoting their new limited edition caramel latte shake for $1 with your purchase. Iced carmel coffee is my favorite, and this shake didn't disappoint, The flavors were very well balanced, the coffee didn't overpower the caramel flavor, and the ice cream was blended in seamlessly. If you are in need of a cold refreshing drink, I would definitely recommend trying a caramel latte shake from Whataburger.

They do a really good job and very polite and respectful to their customers. Great customer service. Cashier Samantha. I am seeing off my receipt. Had very good customer service. And the person that brought my food out was very accommodating for all the extras I requested. And made sure I had everything. For my to go order.

The food is great the drinks is good and asking Shake is delicious and I love it but there was time it happens when I do get my food order wrong twice but I just don't tell them that they got it wrong I just take it and but I think I should do that let them know if it's the wrong food that I got but anything else is good.

Always a great experience! From the staff. Can't control customers who are having a bad day, but the atmosphere is great and they always have great music playing.

Ethan was very attentive and gave me the best customer service I've had in years, he truly went above and beyond.

Stopped in for breakfast. Had a breakfast sandwich and coke. Service is always good and cheery. Witnessed homeless young man going through the garbage. An angel spoke to my heart. Bought another order of the same. I went out and gave him some words of encouragement and directed him to Haven for Hope. I didn't question his circumstances or make any judgment. I gave him the food and drink. He thanked me quietly. Pretty small price for points towards Paradise. Had shopping to do in the area. It was HOT. 106 !!! Stopped in again after shopping and had the banana shake : Outstanding !!! Cool environment, smiling faces. God is Good !!!

I just went through the drive thru,but it was quick and simple. My food order was was right.

I've been eating Whataburger most of my life off and on not continuously of course and Margarita took my order today she is the best most clearest communicating person I have ever placed an order with at any Whataburger anywhere I have been in my entire life and I am 62 years old she deserves recognition and whatever she makes she deserves a raise she's an excellent communicator and very professional.

Waitress was friendly and got served with not waiting long and food delicious 🤤😋

This is a good location. My food for served faster here than at other locations I frequent. The general manager was out front welcoming patrons as they walked in with an assertive yet warm greeting. He was very aware of everyone's presence & anticipated people's needs despite sitting at a table conferring with another manager all the while. I was impressed with this. Not that what-a-burger managers aren't that attentive in general because I have found they are but this guy was so friendly, at first I was wracking my brain to think, "does this guy know me from somewhere? I can't remember his name. Where on earth did I meet him?" Then I realized, no, that's just a very friendly manager. He didn't phone it in though.
Beyond that, the food service was prompt. My order was fresh and correct. The restaurant was clean. When I was done eating, the manager even opened the door for me when I went to the restroom! 5⭐experience at this what-a-burger. I highly recommend.

Quick drive thru service and good prices.

Being the first time here in San Antonio Texas from California the employee Samantha did an outstanding job. Food was OMG!!!!!! Delicious. Service was on point. The price was perfect. Everything here was perfect. I'm a lover of Whataburger!!!

I've come to this location a few times & each time has been good! Today the restaurant was busy, packed inside & it was managed very well. I even saw managers assisting with wherever needed including wipes tables & the other manager was helping preparation with food. I would recommend this place!

Went to eat lunch at the Zarzamora location. From the time we ordered staff was attentive,polite,professional. Saying to us yes ma'am, yes sir,please and thank you. For seniors like my husband and I it means a lot! The place was clean! We eat there at least once a week. My husband loves the hamburgers from WHATABURGER! THANKS FOR A GOOD EXPERIENCE & KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!

Went to the drive thru on a Saturday night 8/19, this experience was great! Food was hot, fast drive thru, order was correct, drive thru boy and girl were both super polite! Receipt says Camelia, thank y’all!
