Love this place. Always get a least one spoken blessing, often more. Only chain in America! Not enough blessings these days, always appreciated. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Thank you! Food is great too. Hot, fresh and tasty! Recently remodeled, always super clean!

This is one of the few times I give a restaurant a full 5 stars for everything! The staff were extremely friendly, professional and oddly restaurant like for a fast food place. The food was cooked PERFECT and prices were good! This is one of the best Chick Fil a’s I’ve been to!

Love the nuggets and the (original) chicken sandwich… after treatment/lab/Drs office, we always stop here and have breakfast or lunch.

Love their food, their milkshakes, and their service process. Wish they didn't feel it necessary to wish me a "blessed day" so I just wear my "Satan loves Me" button whenever I go there!

It seems no matter where you go when you decide to enjoy some great chicken sandwiches, Chick-fil-A has it down to a science. There were about 40 cars in front of me and the line took maybe 15 minutes. My first time at this location because I am on vacation but, man they are fast...very fast and never mess up your order. If they ever did mess up an order it was because the lord wanted it to be different, lol. Seriously, I am amazed at how organized they were. I've been to busy Chick-fil-A's but nothing like what I saw today. Any other restaurant I would have went elsewhere, but with Chick-fil-A they make things happen.

Everyone working at this chick fil a is wonderful. However, there is no play place, even though pictures show there is. My son was very disappointed. So just be warned, there is no play place

St Augustine Chick-fil-A - Excellent customer service. Grabbing a quick meal on the go before work, the staff respected and focused on serving quick and efficient service. The order and check out process was speedy. The food was served hot but chicken in the chicken biscuit was over cooked and hash rounds were salty. The traffic pattern through drive thru was tight & risky yet better than Palm Coast's Chick-fil-A drive thru. Customers walking out to cars from dining inside walk right out in front of cars that are circling the drive thru.

I have been to a lot of Chick-fil-A's and this is one of the most hospitable locations I've been to. The staff is extremely polite, the dining area is clean, and food was delivered fast. The grilled nuggets were tasty and not overly cooked or oily.

Love this place!!! Greatest chicken sandwich. Always extremely clean. But most of all after the chicken, is how refreshing it is to go to a restaurant where the employees are clean, neat, polite, professional, respectful, helpful, and treat everyone with dignity and respect. Not walking around looking at their phones every two seconds. I have much respect for Chick-fil-A the company for maintaining such a great reputation and relationship with it's customers. And I love the rewards and extra bonuses the Manager sends out. Great perk.

I love Chick-fil-A!!! The food is always good and the service it amazing...the parking not so much! But other than that amazing!!!!🤩

Great place for kids, they provide a lot of activities for children and have specials also. Utilizing the texting program, advises you of up coming events and cost savings.

I want to tell you about an experience I had this morning at the Saint Augustine Chick-fil-A. The service was quicker than I’ve ever seen it. The staff was super friendly, it was my error, but I placed a mobile order before my eye appointment and thought I would have enough time and I didn’t so I had to leave because I had to go to my eye appointment and I didn’t want to be too late so I wasn't able to get my food but I was close by so once I finished I called and I spoke to Ansley the manager and let me tell you that the service was amazing when I went there initially when I went back, the service was even better, this was my mistake that I thought I had enough time but Chick-fil-A didn’t treat it it was my mistake or my fault. They told me to just let them know when I arrive and the manager Ansley brought my food out to me and they had double the order or the order had doubled somehow so I got twice the food the customer service at Chick-fil-A is what keeps me coming back every single time and to make it even better. They hand me my food and then they move the cones for me so I could get out and wouldn’t have to wait in the drive-through line ,the customer service was amazing huge shout out to the staff at Chick-fil-A as well as Ansley the manager that I spoke to and who ran my food out who was amazing,you guys made my morning !

This was my first time eating inside at Chick-fil-A and I was surprised by their exceptional service - who knew they'd bring your food to your table? Even though it was packed in there, every employee was extremely pleasant and helpful. You can also trade in the "surprise" included with a kid's meal for an ice cream cone.

Their play center is AMAZING! My 3-year old son spent almost 2 hours in there with his friend. It's definitely a great place to bring your kids so they can have fun and release a ton of energy (especially on a rainy day!).

I'm assuming everybody already knows that their food is delicious - there's always a long line for their drive-thru.

The only downside is that they're closed on Sundays, but at the same time, it demonstrates their faith as well as their dedication to their hard-working employees.

I had a Market Salad & it was the best salad I've ever had! Apples, strawberries, pecans, cheese, & a few other things, delicious! Also the costumer service was awesome when I finished eating one of the workers took my empty tray for me! The salad was so big I could barely finish it, awesome!! 😁

Today was a smoother experience than I ever had. I suggest using the Mobil order app and the pick up at counter option. Legitimately the fastest way I've ever received food from Chick Fila a even as an everyday dasher. Mobil order counter pick up, is the way to go

I ordered a Cobb salad and the chicken wilted the lettuce. The young man in charge outside was snappy! I had not been there since they changed the drive thru and he wasn't very nice in directing me where to go. He just kept telling me to pull up. He should not assume that everyone knows where to go! The girls handing out food were awesome!
