Starbucks

Not very big from inside but very comfortable seating . Outdoor seating is also good in number . Went for a quick coffee break on way to Austin. Good coffee with good service. Also there was on guy in dining area always trying to checkout if we are getting our food/coffee on time.

Newly opened spot on 18th Street right off the I35 Northbound highway. Spacious and comfortable. Baristas are great and friendly. **Note for travelers or visitors, it is off a one way street, so exit to the right otherwise will get into an accident.**

The workers this morning (4/17/24) were ROCKING it! Give them a raise! They had my drink made in no time, had tons of other drinks lined up, and were busy working on making more. Yet, they still took the time to wish me a good day! And my drink was actually correct! Great way to start my day.

Clean facility (including restrooms), friendly staff, easy parking, and tasty and speedy drinks. I couldn't ask for anything more from a Starbucks :)

The girl who took my order this morning was super sweet. Also this location has chickens lol. You can see them near the drive thru.

These are the nicest people. They always say good morning to me they know my name. And they always make my coffee and breakfast the right way and it's wonderful

Friendliest service I’ve had at a chain in a while. The girls behind the counter gave such warm smiles and ran an efficient shop. Pumpkin bread was delicious and soft after being warmed up!

I would like to give a special shoutout to Matthew. I broke down in the middle of the road outside of their store, ran inside asking for help, and he offered me a hand with 0 hesitation. It was nice to see someone who is so service oriented. I hope he is recognized by his managers for his hard work and dedication towards helping others in need. Thank you Matthew!

This is my favorite Starbucks in the entire Waco area. The service is always amazing and the manager, Colin, goes above and beyond for his customers! If y'all aren't going to the 18th Starbucks, you're missing out.

They were busy,short staffed and a little abrupt with their manner....which I understand. I wasn't in a hurry the barista got my coffee out pretty quickly.

Had my first Starbucks coffee date. The cashier/ coffee expert was Kool. He definitely had a lot of patience with me.

Miranda was amazing made my drink right and so friendly!
p.s. piper is the best too
