Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We're big fans of Freddy's and this location was great! Great service, really fast orders, and delicious food! I love the "custard on hold" way to order and pay for your ice cream with your order, and just ask for it when you're ready (so useful in the summer). They're expanding, so this is one of the newer locations, but glad to see more in Virginia! This location has indoor and outdoor seating, tables, and booths, high chairs and booster seats. They also have a drive through.

My daughter ate her whole cheeseburger, which is a good size for a 5 year old (unlike some other establishments where it's a bit small). The hot dog was a bit big for our 3 year old but the buttered bun was delicious. And they enjoyed their chocolate milk and shoestring fries as well. Thumbs up from every one in the family.

We decided to try Freddy's for some lunch. I am glad we did. The food was really good! The ice cream is even better. Nice retro kind of style. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. You definitely want to stop here and try the chili-fries.

I ordered chili cheese fries, which were cooked to perfection. Hubby got a burger and fries. We also enjoyed Salted Caramel Concrete. The highlight of the visit was an employee named Alfonso, who worked the pickup counter. He welcomed everyone who walked in and thanked them for their visit on their way out. He also alerted other employees to how many customers are coming in and ones going to the drive-through. By doing this, these customers got exception service. We've never seen an employee do that!! Great job, Alfonso!!

First time I to a Freddy’s and they are relatively new to this area. The cashier was so friendly my husband commented that he would hire him for our own business if I not we were closer to home. The line backed up a little and the manager came out and personally apologized for the inconvenience, they had a register down, this was of course beyond his control and the line still moved very quickly and the food came out just as quickly. Burgers, cheese curds, and fries came out hot and tasty and even saved room for an Oreo concrete which was also yummy! We’ll definitely be back! Thanks Freddys of Williamsburg staff for a great first experience!

Delicious!! Food was excellent! We also got dessert, which was also fantastic. The team there was very friendly and efficient, our order came out quick. Would definitely recommend and will be going back again.

First time going there! Jamaal and his whole crew make you feel like Family! Professional, courteous and friendly! Food was simply delicious! Had the double bacon cheeseburger with O rings...Everything was fresh and hot! Drove over an hour to get here and will definitely go back!

The food and the service was amazing. Very clean and family friendly restaurant. The food quality is something other fast food places should be striving for will definitely come here much more often!

I’ve never been to a Freddy’s before and I must say my family and I were very impressed with the quality of the food. I was expecting McDonald’s/Wendy’s style burgers and was gladly proven wrong by the double smash. Even after a 20 minute drive back to the hotel everything was still delicious

We’ll definitely keep Freddy’s in mind when we’re traveling 👍🏼

Compared to surrounding fast food joints that consistently have not made my order correctly or have had machine broken and supplies out of stock, Freddy's has not yet let me down. I wish it had a baby changing station in the mens room and nice looking bathrooms but I'm there for the food. If you like super skinny, crunch fries this is your spot to cut back on a couple carbs. The cheese curds are the soft squishy kind. I'm definitely a california burger fan.

Hot and freshly made burgers and fries, cooked to order? Yes please! The food is really good, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. Everyone is having a great time here. I love this place! I’ll be back next time I’m in the area.

Great new addition to the fast food scene in Williamsburg. Service is not really “fast food” - but really busy when visited and food came out fresh and hot with just a little bit of a wait. Concretes are pricey but pretty good.

I love coming into Freddy’s I always get the best service when Jessica Barns(straberry) is there. She always have a smile and shows us with love. Makes us feel welcome and like family. Keep up the good work.

If you liked Steak & Shake, you're goning to love this place. Food is great, service is quick, and the staff is generally friendly. Their custard deserts are yummy!

The smash burgers are good frys are super thin thow not a fan all the nutrients have been deep fryed out over all nice place thow custard shake was good would be better if milkshake thow over all id compare this to stake and shake

This Freddy's has just recently opened. I actually stopped by to order the most recent promotional flavor hamburger but they had not received it in time for opening. I had installed the Freddy's app on my telephone and due to that the wonderful person taking our order, Katrina, helped and we ended up getting a free hamburger. She was extremely helpful to my wife and I. Rrecently I haven't seen that level of service and wish to commend her. The burger was good but the fries were fantastic. They are better than McDonald's. McDonald's fries in the old days, 20 years ago, were fantastic. The fries now are never cooked long enough and their flavor is nowhere as good as they used to be. These are potato sticks style but fully cooked and taste so good. They are nice and crispy.

I will be returning and wish them the best with their new restaurant here in Williamsburg, Virginia!

The steak burgers are delicious!!! The fries are fresh! The custard is a sweet treat and the Service is awesome! Ricky, Strawberry and Olivia are phenomenal! The best customer service!!!

Little expensive but everything tastes good. Helpful staff. The custard is really yummy, we got the peanut butter cup and banana sundae, which was great. Also recommend the chicken tenders.

We were away from home and wanted something quick but good. Saw this place had some great reviews. Decided to try and it was delicious! Very favorable burger and the shake was GREAT! 10/10

Very Welcoming Staff. old theme diner setting was cute ! food was delicious! we got a jalapeño burger and chili cheese dog with onions rings and cheese curds. Shakes are chocolate and cookies and crème !! YUM we will be back

This restaurant is the best fast food restaurant you will ever find. The food is delicious. I loved the spicy chicken sandwich. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the burger and my 4 year old said the chicken tenders were better than Chick-fil-A (previously the only other chicken tenders she would eat). Both the fries and onion rings are really good. You have to try their fry sauce, and their jalapeno fry sauce if you like a little spice (also great with the onion rings). The custard is super creamy and sweet! Besides the food, the service is amazing! The employees are incredibly polite and friendly. The food is actually fast, unlike many fast food restaurants. The place is very clean as well. The employees would come clean tables within minutes of a family leaving. One of the employees also noticed an elderly man walking in and quickly walked over to wipe the already clean table with Clorox wipes. I am so glad we stopped by! We will definitely be returning!
