I needed an area cleared for an above ground pool. Lumberjacks was very quick with a fair quote and got me scheduled faster than anticipated. The crew was professional and courteous with the work ethic to get the job done in a hurry. Once completed, they were sure to clean up after themselves. Job well done! I couldn’t have asked for more and would definitely use them again.

Best tree company in Ooltewah & Chattanooga. Let's start with Jenna who is courteous, attentive with great followup. She arranged appt which Jim (friendly courteous man) arrived next morning. He emailed fair quote same day and the next morning crew of three arrived.
Jeremy the tree climber along with Joe & Chris was introduced with smiles. The job was supposed to take 1/2 day. It actually took about 7 hours & honored the estimated price. Hats off to Jeremy (Mr. Climber) who soared 60' + feet. Jeremy was determined to remove huge tree embedded in a larger tree. Lumberjacks Tree Service was great to deal with and did an unbelievable job with the giant trees located close to my house. Everyone was great! Lindsay was personable and arrived when she said she was going to. The estimate was clear regarding what work would be done and when they would be out to do the work, along with the cost! On the date promised the crew arrived!! I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again if and when the need arises.

I used lumberjack for a land clearing job of 1 1/2 acres. After doing a lot of research and many estimates, I found that lumberjack was the most affordable. Most of the time in our day and age, it seems like one has to choose between affordability and quality. Lumberjack tree service has provided both, as far as I am concerned. A shout out to Kyle, the operator, and the ground crew. You guys did a great job.

The Lumberjacks crew did an amazing job for what was quite a feat, having to remove 2 very large trees from behind my house with no access, using cranes to remove piece by piece over the top of my home. The work they did was professional, safety first, and cleaned up all the area from the remaining pruning and deadlimbing of the other trees encompassing 3 driveways. Hopefully I don’t need them again, but will definitely use should I have more tree or limb concerns.

Our entire experience with Lumberjacks was top notch. Lindsay helped us determine which trees posed a risk to our property and had clear communication so the job was done exactly as described.

The crew that came out did an amazing job. These guys really knew what they were doing and took care to ensure no collateral damage occurred. Watching them cut trees from our back yard and lift them to the front with a crane was impressive.

Impressed with Lumberjacks from top the owner to every single worker I've met. Came out on a holiday for emergency tree estimate (several other companies went to voicemail) and crew shocked me at how efficiently they cleared the large tree and cleaned up like it was never there. Highly recommended.

I have used Lumberjacks twice now... Both for our neighborhood entrance ditch (es) on each side. They are prompt, efficient and thorough. If I should need a touch up on a place I wished them to do there was never a question or problem. Anytime I need clearing done, Lumberjacks will be my first call.

Live out of town and scheduled via phone call for my parents property in Chattanooga. Received a quote with pictures promptly and scheduled a service date. Our family has been on the same property for 25 years. Some of the trees have started to overshadow the garage and electric wires. I chose this particular company because of the reviews. But I was impressed that they answered the phone right away and sent someone out to give a thoughtful assessment and gave a number of options For time. What really Was cool is that the team that came to trim the trees included a licensed registered experience botanist who specializes exactly where to cut the trees and considering the time of year of the species. That made a difference. They were looking at the long-term health of the trees. For myself if I had the equipment, I probably would’ve just cut a whole bunch of branches, but after they explained how they do their job, I was glad. And then, after all the cutting and branches and leaves, they picked everything up and hauled it away. For what I paid, I considered it pretty fair It was less than I expected. Definitely will use them again in the future because the trees will continue to grow. I don’t think you would go wrong hiring them for your job either.

Lumberjacks came out when they said and took down all 8 trees, some of which were enormous hickory trees, in a single day. Their crew was professional, fast, and cleaned up very well, down to removing all small sticks and leaves. They did a good job at what I consider a fair price. Thank you very much!

Highly professional from the office to the tree trimming staff. With all of the high wind we've been getting lately, we sadly needed to fell a tall, dying cherry tree next to our home. The guys let us know the plan and then dropped the tree quickly and safely. We opted to have them leave the tree there after felling it, but they went above and beyond to clean up and neatly stack the branches and logs next to our fire pit for us. Watching the guys work on the neighbor's trees was a treat, the way they work together, communicate, and do their jobs. They did an amazing job, I can't recommend this company enough!

Round 2: even more impressed by Lumberjacks Tree Service! They went above and beyond, clearing up some dead and light-starved trees and hauling off the piles of old limbs we had trimmed ourselves and had no time to do anything with. They took care of the numerous, large poison ivy vines that made it almost impossible to walk through the wooded portion of our yard. I have included an updated picture to show how much nicer everything looks. We are so excited to get to enjoy our yard again! Thank you so much Lumberjacks!

One evening a large oak tree decided to lean against my house and lie down on my roof. The next day, after the OK from the insurance folks, I called Lumberjacks at mid-day. About 3pm I got an on-site inspection, and around 5pm the crew arrived with some fascinating big-boy toys; I watched in wonder and took pictures. Pieces of the tree were piled up front by the street for pick-up the next day and the driveway was blown clean by 9pm! All gone; job done! I can't imagine a quicker and more efficient response!

The Blue Crew came exactly at the time we scheduled. They were professional, friendly, and courteous. They made quick work of one the dead trees and pruned another. I was surprised at how fast the process was. Lumberjacks tree service was very affordable. I highly recommend them for any tree issue you need dealt with. I would use them again if needed.
