Great service, lack of staff and inventory!
I visit Dennis Uniforms for kids schools every 6 month. Mila greeted us at the register. she is always doing her best to help everyone, I have not been there for 6 month and she greeted me like a family, I feel so welcomed! she assigned us with another associate but kept checking back with everyone making sure we are able to find the items we are looking for. The lady was helping me kept going back and forth for the two kids uniforms to purchase. they did not have the size and we had to order half of them online. staff were all running around in this hot day in a space with no A/C. I was not running already sweating, I don't know how they did it! Service is 10 out of 10! I would recommend the store to anyone I know. However, lack of staff and inventories are the big issues, especially school is starting in 3 weeks, more families are back in town. be patient~

I was helped immediately when I walked in. The young gentlemen was very experienced and knowledgeable. Given I am enrolling my child late into private school, the store was out of the uniform items I needed. BUT- the young man was super patient with me and helped me look around for the right size pants. They didn't have my kids shirt size but he looked in the back and found 2 last xs sizes for my son. On top of that, they were able to add the logo on the spot. Thankfully, I was able to leave the store with enough clothes to get my through until my shipment comes. Honestly- great customer service! What a relief!

Visited the SF store for the first time. Was helped immediately, when they didn’t have the item in stock, they placed the online order for me. Easy returns! And they even mended a sweater free of charge. It was a great experience. Thank you.

I go here often to get my kids uniform. This is one of the few stores I prefer to go in store instead of online since i get to see the actual sizing especially since many of the clothing could be bigger. For instance the 6-7 sizes for shirts and sweaters are actually quite bigger than what I would buy at target. And the 4-5 is much smaller. Also, with the cost of the clothing you want to make sure you are getting the correct sizing.

My son and I had a great experience. The staff, which I'll call the "LANS" squad which were Linda, Aisha, Nellie and Sally. They helped me search for some hard to find pants (he was in between boys and mens) and a hoodie sweater. They helped gather different pant sizes which helped make our final decision easy. They are all very nice and I look forward to seeing them again for the next school year.

I can’t thank the women ( I was too overwhelmed to get her name) who helped me enough. Went today for my 3 kids. This new school we are going to has 3 different colors to get. The variables was overwhelming but she helped me for each child. So grateful!

We went to Sacramento location today to buy our daughter's school uniform...we were new to this store and don't know anything about. The front desk lady "Nadiya" helped us for everything...she was soo nice and helpful..even our daughter's school uniform was not available in this store, she helped us to check the size of my daughter and order online for us...We are sooo glad that she was there to help us...Wonderful experience.😊🤩

Linda was such a help to us as first time uniform shoppers. She consulted with us and brought us all the options. What a great experience!

Aisha is the manager @ San Francisco location amazing great customer service. Aisha is an angel !!! . She does her job with so much respect her mannerism is beyond and above. She does her job compassion and passionate. I never seen such a great customer service skills. I am forever grateful to meet her. 🙏🙏🙏

Sally in the SF location was a lifesaver when we contacted her with our nervous-newbie-starting-Kindergarten angst. She helped us find a critical uniform piece SAME DAY that the website said wouldn't be available for 3-4 weeks. Thanks for the great customer service!

Staff was so helpful when I needed to bring my kids in to try on uniforms. They had all of the sizes I needed and was in and out of the store pretty quickly.

For the past 4 years, we've been coming here. It's always been clear and filled with helpful people. Ther only drawback is parking, the area can be shady sometimes. The price is a bit high, but the quality lasting.

Highly recommended to have a plan about which items and sizes to purchase before going on a busy day so you can go directly to the proper school section and get all the uniforms at one time.
