Stopped in for breakfast at Blair Mountain and wow the biscuits were so fresh and fluffy and packed with flavor. The experience was wonderful. The staff was very helpful with and questions and were very kind to us. The portions are plenty so make sure you bring a appetite. I was highly impressed with the service and the quality of food they served. Will definitely be back in highly recommend anyone to check them out!

Their biscuits are the best I’ve ever had in Jersey. They remind me of the ones we get down in OBX.
Great food, my only complaint was that their loaded breakfast fries were really salty. If I could make one suggestion on that dish, keep a batch of unsalted fries to the side just for when people order that dish, the gravy they put on them has plenty of flavor already.
As far as value goes, my wife and I are eaters and we both couldn’t finish our dishes. So the price isn’t bad considering you will get two meals out of it. Can’t wait to go back again.

The food was fantastic! I had the chicken breakfast sandwich and my friend had the French toast. Both were incredibly delicious! The atmosphere was cozy and nice, we loved the wall of hot sauces to try with our food. I'll be back, great brunch location!

Cute cafe! Biscuits and loaded fries are delicious! Staff is super friendly too. I stopped here on my birthday and was worth it!

A delicious and savory biscuit sandwich so big you'll need a fork and knife to eat it!

I had the Early Bird Biscuit which had fried chicken, herb gravy and a sunny side up egg, it was amazing and I will be getting it again!

Vegan Options include: vegan french fries covered in vegan queso chipotle lime and avocado, vegan Mac and cheese, Herbavor vegan Biscuit sandwich.

We had the Fresh lemonade with berries, so good I wish it was bigger!

Dining in on a rainy day was limited, but sat at the bar and it was fine.

They do have outdoor seating for when it's nice out.

The kitchen is just behind the counter so you can see them prep the food, but that means it smells delicious in there!

Quite honestly one of my favorite places. The menu is small but it's delicious. The staff could not be any nicer or more accommodating. Only 3 tables inside and bar stools as well as 1 loveseat ccouch. Several outdoor tables. I always get the biscuit, egg, cheese, and mushroom scrapple with sausage gravy on the side. I've dined outside with my pup before as well and they brought her water and could not have been nicer. I really love a business with good customer service and even better food!

A friend sent me a video of Blair Mountain Biscuit Co's Instagram @biscuitshacknj I immediately went to Google Maps and discovered it was over an hour from where I lived. Sunday I made the drive. I arrived 15 minutes after they opened. There were already a table of customers seated inside and two tables seated outside. I only came for the Biscuits and Sausage Gravy. I also ordered the Berries and Cream French Toast and Eggs over easy. WARNING! I ordered too much food. The biscuits are the size of an adult woman's fist! You get two with your order! I assumed they were small biscuits. They were much bigger and I couldn't all of my order.

The sausage gravy has huge pieces of sausage. It's not hot sausage, my favorite, but it's still delicious. I highly recommend this dish. The French Toast was amazing, I can't decide which was better but I shouldn't have ordered both at the same time. I was stuffed. The eggs were cooked to perfection. The only negative was the coffee was weak. This is my fault because I regularly enjoy Cuban coffee so I don't order regular coffee at restaurants and diners. I am definitely visiting this restaurant again. Be warned... IT FILLS UP FAST ON SUNDAYS! GET THERE EARLY!!! The parking lot filled to overflow by 11. Crazy.

Vegan mushroom scrapple, so good! That biscuit, sauce was amazing, topped with avocado and tomato slices. Cold brewed coffee completed my meal! Good friendly service in a cute quaint setting!

So, you're a fan of biscuits..... Great atmosphere, lovely motif. Super customer friendly staff. Very welcoming as soon as you come in. Space is a little tight, but the food and atmosphere make it worth it. There is seating outside. Menus are well made and informative. They let you know of vegan friendly and gluten free choices.

Went early this morning. Maybe a 10 minute wait for food and all of the staff was so kind and helpful. The lady ringing us out gave us some sauces and they were all amazing! We got a chicken biscuit, and biscuit and gravy type of sandwich, some loaded bfast fries, and biscuits to take home. We took our food to go, and it was worth the wait and money! Price is a little steep but worth it for good, fresh, and quality ingredients. The chicken was temp checked (I saw him do it infront of us while waiting) which is a nice peace of mind. My only complaint is the structural integrity of the sandwiches, keep in mind they really are fork and knife sandwiches (and thats okay!), so just be prepared when ordering. Overall 10/10 experience in taste, quality, and everything else.

This place really surprised me. Just a little breakfast place but has Hugh flavors. I had the chicken with egg and biscuits with a great tasting sauce. Just a small place not a ton of seating but well worth the stop. Had a great Ice coffee also that had free refills while you were dining.

Came here on the recommendation of the Philadelphia Inquirer as one of the best breakfast sandwiches in the Philly region. Yup. The bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwich is deserving of recognition. However, the sausage gravy and the hot chicken biscuit sandwich are the real MVPs in my opinion.

The sausage gravy stands alone just fine, no biscuit needed. Eat it with a fork. It’s mushroomy which was super unique and elevated the heck out of it.

The chicken sandwich boasts like actually perfect buffalo sauce, the pickle is reminiscent of chic fil a in the best way… it was just perfect. And they have a hot sauce wall.

They have limited seating and food took about 15 min to come out. I will be back next time I find myself in Blackwood.

10/10 biscuits def worth coming. They're huge, buttery, flaky and delicious. We had the biscuits with butter and jam, mushroom scrapple, biscuits and gravy, biscuit egg and scrapple sandwhich. Mushroom scrapple is unique, does not taste like scrapple but delicious in its own right. Prices are very good for the amount of food you get. This was all one order and still under $40. Food came very quickly as well. The only feedback is I wish the biscuits came with homemade jam but that's pretty minor.
That said, do come early. We did try coming one Saturday at 12pm and they were sold out. We came at 8:45 the next time, they were open already. We ordered and got served close to 5 min later. The place is small but cute, not great for larger groups then 4. There is also outdoor seating.

I love a good biscuit and this place makes a darn good one. Be prepared to wait because they are made fresh. They have some seating, but fills up quick. I ordered a classic bacon egg and cheese it was delicious. Great spot definitely would recommend.

Best breakfast we've had in a long time! Biscuits are savory and everything is packed with flavor. Don't skip the homemade sauces and hotsauce wall! Service is super fast and fresh, and the staff are friendly and attentive. We will absolutely be back!

Atmosphere here is always so fun they play great music and serve great food with a smile. Staff is friendly and helpful. Me and my fiancé have been coming here since they opened and it’s always a hit and never a miss.
