I had a blast with my measuring and suit selection. The attendant who assisted me - Ydaly Mer - was a pleasure to work with. She was immensely knowledgeable and bubbly. I'll be looking forward to making future purchases from the store to expand my wardrobe.

This store was amazing! Steven was sooo helpful and knowledgeable. My husband was really nervous buying his first suit and Steven made this experience enjoyable. Top notch service. Steven even recommended a tailor and provided instructions for washing the suit. I will definitely return!

Dante was very helpful and took the time to find the right fit for my hard to fit slim build. Plus he was not pushy in the least which I feel is typical at your big box suit stores. The fabric and stretch of the suit feels great. Unfortunately, they are busy with wedding alterations but recommended a tailor near by that can make the same alterations within a week. I can’t wait to get them back and will probably be back for dress shirts soon! Thanks for such great customer service!

Every bit of the experience at State and Liberty for my wedding suit fitting was excellent. Trent was incredibly considerate, knowledgable, and helpful in assisting me with my suit. I highly recommend State and Liberty (especially the Walnut Street location in Philly!) to any folks out there who have struggled with finding a well-cut athletic fit at any of the major department stores like I have in the past.

Came in VERY last minute for a suit for my boyfriend (who was unable to go in person). Trent was extremely helpful, checking his sizing & ensuring they’d be able to get his size to the store in time. Very high quality athletic fitting suits! Highly recommend for all the men in your life.

We had such a great experience here for my fiancé’s wedding suit fitting. The suits and shirts are wonderful quality, especially for am athletic build, and the customer service was top notch. Fantastic experience at S&L Philly for both the visit with my fiance and then with my groomsmen. They worked with my guys who need alterations and the made to measure is super reasonable given all the options. The cooler with a great selection of beers, shot options and cold water are icing on the cake.

If you want a comfortable and high quality suit then come to State and Liberty. The staff here are very inviting and make sure they understand exactly what you want in a suit. They are kind and also very engaging. I wasn't just doing suit talk it was friendly as well. Ask for Mr Stephen Williams. He'll make sure you like what you're getting. Very professional.

I always like to come into the Center City location. The staff are always friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I’m always made to feel like I’m one of their best customers. To experience the products and try on for proper fit in person at this location keeps me coming back often.

My fiance and I went here to get his tux and we had an entire experience. I felt like the moment we walked through the door I was gonna leave posting. All good things! AND I AM! We went in February and met Trent. He did phenomenally! He was very helpful not just with my fiancé's tuxedo (custom-made) but also with us planning our groomsmen outfits. We had a fantastic time there.

I was able to talk with Trent a bit about the reason my fiance was getting a custom-made tuxedo and Trent heard the reason and helped my fiance get exactly what he wanted. I feel every man deserves to look his best on his wedding day too! I have not become a bridezilla ...I am more like it's our day and my fiance better get everything he wants. I went into the store that day expecting someone to try to sell us their product. I came in ready to fight for whatever my fiance would want. Meanwhile, we had an awesome team of people who were working with us to make this dream come true.

The story doesn't end there. Trent told us due to production during that time we would get the suit back 6 to 8 week from the end of February. So, that would leave us with picking it up sometime in April! We got the text like he said around the beginning of April and the tux came in. Perfect fit! We loved it all. The experience the first time and the second time!

I certainly recommend this place!!!!!
