Waffle House

Very clean, staff are responsive and food is always as expected. This is a great Waffle House! It gets a little busy on Saturday and Sunday mornings like, any other breakfast restaurant, and sometimes we have to wait up to 20 minutes or so.

So a follow up since opening, they had hiccups but are now 24 hrs, true to form the Waffle House is humming along. Like a broken yoyo this place fills up and is empty like should and then bucks the trend, so watch the Google meter on how full it is.

Just opened and limited hours as it should be until they can staff for those night raids or early morning crashes. Honestly if you haven't been in one that's on you what can I say, there's a lingo you need to know to order. All waffle houses have their character, this one for now on Dec 2021 hasn't been broken in. What this is not is a fast food restaurant, granted they keep holding onto this flaw that is obviously a chosen handicap as they are surrounded by other competitors that can actively do both dine in and at least have a few options for a speedy to go. Alas, waffle house will be waffle House.

We went after my sister‘s graduation and the service was great. Her nephew accidentally spilled sweet tea everywhere and she was cool. I’m cool and collected about it. She offered us refills multiple times and the food magnificent

Amazing food and great customer service! Our waitress, Kcee, was over the top great and overall the place had a really homey atmosphere and made you feel welcome like you were having breakfast in a family members home.

Busy morning. Had to wait a few minutes to find 2 seats at the counter.
Food was hot and good. Server was very friendly. Will return.

MC was a very polite and attentive waitress. Entire staff had great attitudes! AND nothing like a Waffle House waffle!

Server was amazing, food was an amazing delicacy, it felt like greatness coming from the heavens from the freshness of the food, Johnny, our server was very kind and interacted with us a ton, will come back again!

I had a little bit more people in there helping them work that would be great but sometimes you got to sit there for almost get 15-20 minutes get your food by time to get to you it's cold but it's okay that's what I think about it another order it

Best Waffle House experience I’ve had in over 7+ years. In recent years, I had been convinced all Waffle House locations were going downhill, however this location in South Lebanon really stood out to me as the food was fresh and cooked perfectly, all of the staff were extremely polite and the service was super quick. 6/5 stars if I could… Lucca and Liam specifically stuck out

Loved everything about our experience! Staff were very positive and worked well together. It was like brunch and a show! I will go out of my way to go to this location. Great job and thank you for your hard work!!!

We are from out of town and wanted to visit a Waffle House before going home. We had an amazing experience. Our waiter Collin made the atmosphere so fun. It was easily some of the best service we've ever gotten. The food was very good and we all left full and satisfied. Thank you Collin for making our first Waffle House experience so memorable!

Stopped in for Breakfast and I have to say it was definitely a good idea, I ordered an omelet and normally I will ask if the cook will please not use a lot of oil , well I forgot to ask, but when my server brought my omelet it was perfect not oily or swimming in oil like I have received in the past from Waffle House Cooks, but definitely not the case this time I enjoyed my Breakfast with absolutely no issues,

I have never seen a better run Waffle House. The staff ran like a well old machine I could not believe the number of people that were there. I have never been to this particular house before, but I am a regular. They worked quickly efficiently and the food was hot and delicious.

First time here and it's the best place for a good breakfast and a great waffle, our waitress was excellent.
Nothing bad to say. Clean and friendly, will definitely be back.

GO HERE. i'm on the road a lot so ive been to many a waffle house in my time. i have NEVER seen a waffle house so clean, fun, and well managed. carol and her entire crew are amazing. watching them work was like magic. everybody was doing something and talking and laughing. they were cooking, cleaning the grill, doing inventory, refilling coffees and checking on all of the customers. so awesome dude

They were very busy, but well worth the wait. They were quick and efficient in getting people checked out, tables bussed and cleaned to make room for guests that were waiting. Xtina was polite and professional, Marshall was absolutely adorable and there's even a woman with a Waffle House tattoo working the grill; if that doesn't show love for her job/company... I'm not sure what does! Go there, you won't be sorry!

This place was busy on Sunday at 9:30am. But I have to admit, the staff was handling it perfectly. They were working together and handled the crowd with very little delays. Very good Waffle House experience!

Clean, efficient and the food was pretty good.
Very quick stop and on to run errands.

Absolutely a great place.
