CMC WOMEN'S WELLNESS & FERTILITY CENTER

I delivered my first child at Concord Hospital and it was very traumatic. Seeking a very different experience for the delivery of my second child this time I sought out CMC specifically because they were the most experienced hospital with TOLAC/VBAC in NH. My experience here for a hospital was nothing short of AMAZING. I saw Isabel (CNM) and Dr. Bascle for most prenatal appointments. They are the most calm and intelligent providers I had ever met. The office had a very calm atmosphere too, not medical feeling like most other hospitals. I had a successful VBAC up in the Mom's Place at CMC and had the most incredible nurses (shout-out to Cassandra and Paige). My nurses were even trained in Spinning Babies which really helped the labor progress and get the baby into an optimal position. They are also an evidence based hospital so they will not recommend anything that is outdated. Lastly, you do not need to be Catholic to go here, they are so welcoming and kind and open to whatever your personal beliefs are. The delivery and postpartum rooms at the CMC are huge, and the tubs are huge and clean. There are also midwives 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I can't recommend CMC enough, and if I had another child I would definitely return. I hope that others find this review helpful.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. Dr. Olsen and Isabel are absolutely amazing and truly go above and beyond for their patients. Dr. Olsen helped in the delivery of my daughter and was such a calm presence throughout. I saw Isabel for most of my prenatal appointments and she was always so kind, made me feel so comfortable, and took time to answer all of my questions. The nurses are always wonderful and so are the women at the front desk. You won’t feel like you’re just a number here. 100% recommend!

I switched here for my second pregnancy after the negligent care of my first OBGYN. I cannot say enough good things about the team here! They are always helpful and go above and beyond for their patients. I've never felt more comfortable in a doctor's office, and I'd recommend this place to anyone.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience here. I switched over to Women’s Wellness when I was 16 weeks pregnant from a different practice and it was one of the best decision I’ve ever made. The care I received was better than anything I could have imagined. Everyone truly gets to know you, and you aren’t just a number here. The ladies in the office are so friendly and go above and beyond in all they do. The providers are all fantastic. I always felt so respected and understood. Isabel the Midwife is so kind, knowledgeable and really listens to everything you have to say. I always looked forward to seeing her at my visits. I only saw Dr. Olsen once, but my experience was great. He was so nice, and really helped to put me at ease. Dr. Bascle is also incredibly kind and makes you feel so comfortable. She delivered my baby girl back in October and I could not have asked for a better experience. I am beyond grateful for the care that we both received, and I knew we were in such good hands.

I am so thankful for Women’s Wellness and so glad that this practice exists. It is so different than any experience I’ve ever had at other places. It is truly one of a kind. If you want the absolute best care, Doctors that take the time to get to know you, and to feel respected and comfortable, I highly recommend coming here.

Everyone at this practice is extremely caring and professional. This was my second visit here, but it won’t be the last. When making an appointment the front desk person, Shannon, was very helpful and nice. I saw the new midwife Isabel for a gyn concern. She took the time to get to know me and listened to my concerns. I felt like she was knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I received excellent care. I was extremely impressed with everyone at this office. I feel comfortable there and would highly recommend this practice to any woman who wants to be treated kindly with respect. I have had two very positive experiences here. It’s a small office where you will not be treated like a number in an assembly line.

Dr. Bascal, and Dr. Olsen are amazing! The midwife is absolutely wonderful as well. Dr. Olsen assisted with my pregnancy care and delivery with my induction and I couldn’t have asked for better! They answered all my questions and let me handle my delivery how I wanted. This was my 3rd birth at CMC and I highly recommend it.

Can’t speak highly enough of this practice!!!! Cat at the front desk is seriously so sweet!!! She is so busy but every time I call her she is so kind and makes me feel comfortable calling with any questions I have. Midwife Isabel is the sweetest and most sincere OB I have ever met and I am so thankful to have her throughout my complicated pregnancy and post Partum! I highly recommend this practice and delivery at CMC!

I have been visiting Women's wellness for my first pregnancy, and I am near my due date. I had tested positive for Covid and had been cleared by Manchester health to go out of isolation. Today visited the Wellness center for my 36 weeks of pregnancy. Though I am clear from manchester health, I was extremely worried about contracting the staff there. Nobody knows about this virus. I have little cough left and was trying to control my cough. Had worn double mask and was keeping on sanitizing myself.
For the first time I met my midwife Isabel. She is so kind and communicative. She is new to the team. Very happy to have found her. I just felt so good meeting her. I just have a request, please wear proper PPE for your safety even though we are having regular visit. God bless her. I am pretty sure, whoever visits this midwife once, would always want her to be there. I am feeling safe and happy about my upcoming delivery in her hands. Really communication matters a lot in this profession ❤

I honestly can not say enough about the level of care I have received at CMC Women's Wellness & Fertility Center. Five to six years ago I started my journey with Dr. Bascle and Nancy Malo for Creighton Charting. I quickly learned more about my body than I ever have working with another doctor! I recently switched care to Dr. Olsen as he specializes in more complex health complications. He performed surgery and through that and my work with him, it was an incredible success. He took the time to listen, answer all of my questions and was extremely thorough. So much so that we are now expecting our first child! The entire staff at CMC Women's Wellness & Fertility Center is warm-hearted, deeply caring and eager to get you answers. Shannon at the front desk has been an incredible advocate for me and my health as well as one of the nurses, Nicole. I recommend this practice to any woman who is looking to optimize her fertility in a holistic, whole-body approach while also learning a phenomenal amount of knowledge about her body. I have been a patient of Women's Wellness and Fertility Center at Catholic Medical Center since the office first opened a few years ago. I have been treated here for issues including, but not limited to: recurring miscarriages, severe PMS, heavy and painful menses, secondary infertility, a subsequent healthy pregnancy, and postpartum depression. I am almost 40 and have been seen by at least half a dozen OBGYNs over my lifetime. Dr. Sarah Bascle, Christie Aberg, Dr. Olsen, and their team are conscientious, professional, and always deeply concerned about my well-being.

I feel as though I have found a practice that truly understands and cares about me as a patient. Prior to being a patient at this practice I had been seen at a large OBGYN office where well-meaning providers did not know what to do with my Creighton charts and my detailed knowledge of my body's cycles. In the past, my gynecological health was reduced to simply offering to pump my body full of artificial hormones - which was not something I desired.

The specialized training that both Dr. Bascle and Dr. Olsen provide in regards to Creighton and NaPro Technology has been such a blessing to my overall health and well-being as well as to my marriage.

Dr. Sarah Bascle has been nothing but kind, considerate, and compassionate in every interaction I have had with her as a patient. She has prayed with and for friends of mine whom she attended in labor in addition to offering her skills as a highly-trained board certified OBGYN. She is truly one of a kind and we are so fortunate to have her our area!

I honestly can't recommend this practice enough. In addition to the exceptional providers in this office, the nurses are all outstanding, and the office staff is courteous and competent. I've had my fair share of doctor office visits and, believe me, not every office staff is as nice and helpful as the ones here. I really just can't say enough great things about this office!

I recently had my daughter under the care of Isabelle Brewer and Dr. Bascle. Two wonderful talented women helped make my experience with WW a pleasant one! I can’t thank Cat their medical assistant enough! From the smooth blood draw to her friendly cheerful demeanor! The world needs more Cats!

A year ago today, I was supposed to have my uterus and ovaries removed at 32 years old due to severe endometriosis. The surgeon that I had from a different practice had told me that this was my only option to live a pain free life. The office manager Kay Lyn insisted that I come in and speak to one of the surgeons in her practice to get a second opinion. I met with Dr. Olsen and he was very confident that he could save my organs. I was promptly scheduled for surgery shortly after and after 7 hours, he saved my organs. Not only that, but he saved my life. I have been pain free ever since after being in severe pain every day for YEARS. I had forgotten what it was like to life pain free. Had Kay Lyn not been so supportive in me giving it one more shot, I would never have considered it. I have minimal scarring, the healing process went more smoothly than any other surgeries that I have had, and I have my life back. I have NEVER written a review for anything before but I felt it was important to share my experience with anyone who is considering this practice. You will be treated as a priority and they will listen to you. I can not, in a million years, thank this practice enough and I will reccomend them for the rest of my life.

I had a wonderful experience here! Catherine was especially helpful scheduling my appointment and making sure any issues were resolved. There was a little mixup on appointment times but she still got us in, and even gave us these cute mason jar style cups when we left for the confusion! This facility is caring and very helpful.

Women’s Wellness and Fertility is by far the best of the best when it comes to overall experience at a doctor’s office. Dr. Bascle takes her time to listen and learn more about your body to help fix underlying issues and not just “put a bandaid” over them. She compassionately shares her thoughts and recommendations while at the same time allows you to be your own advocate for your health. The entire staff is kind, knowledgeable, responsive, extremely helpful and professional. I have learned more about my body in working with them the past couple of years than I have in my entire life. I highly recommend this office and also their approach to women’s health and fertility!

Not even a patient yet but just had a great experience talking with Devon over the phone. Such a sensitive and at times emotional areas of care, evening calling to schedule a new patient appointment, and Devon was patient, kind, and empathetic - everything you could ask for when calling a doctor's office (and definitely not something you always receive). Excited to switch to them now even after just my first call. Thank you Devon!

Thanks to this Fertility Center I received the blessing of becoming a mom to be at age 40. We had been looking to conceive for 5 years and nothing seemed to work for us.
Until a friend of mine referred me to make an appointment with Nancy Malo because she also had a baby using this method.
Nancy was the best from the beginning
She taught us about Naprotechnology, she guided us from the beginning in every possible way, she helped my husband and I get over some frustrations we had In the past and also she filled us with hope.
And the most amazing part is that she took the time to listen, and she also took the time to give us advice, teach us how to use this amazing fertility method and also she prayed with us, which to be really honest, that’s how God got convinced of granting us this miracle.
Thanks to all her amazing guidance and teachings we are expecting to have a baby boy this October.

This practice is my absolute favorite! Not only are the doctors great but so is the staff. I had the opportunity to have both Dr. Olsen and Dr. Bascle deliver 3 of my children and it each time was great. They have always made me feel extremely comfortable and have listened to all of my questions and concerns and taken them seriously. I 100% recommend them!!!!

This is not your typical ob/gyn practice. Not only does it have a spa-like atmosphere, but more importantly, I appreciate how Dr. Bascle and the entire practice seek to get to the bottom of your issues - understanding that symptoms are often an indication of a bigger issue at play. I feel like Dr. Bascle is a partner in my healthcare - willing to listen and unpack what is going on rather than just writing a prescription - but understanding that may be appropriate at times. She sees my body as a whole and not just parts - and engages me in my decision to chart my fertility using the NaPro Technology method. She, along with Dr. Olsen have made enormous sacrifices to seek educational opportunities in addition to mainstream medical school to learn innovative ways to solve complex ob/gyn issues. How blessed we are to have a practice like this in NH! I encourage you that if you are dealing with a health issue - even if relatively happy with your current doctor, I encourage you to at least seek a 2nd opinion from either Dr. Bascle or Dr. Olsen.

I was thrilled to find Dr Bascle. She spent plenty of time with me addressing my menopausal symptoms at my annual exam. Her approach is to seek out root causes of problems rather than simply treating symptoms. Whenever I call for any prescription adjustments, the nurse is very responsive and I get a call back promptly. As an OB GYN RN myself, I appreciate this, as anyone would. I also value the fact that this practice respects my values about natural family planning and respect for life. Dr Bascle pursued specialty training in Napro technology. For Catholics it is wonderful to finally have a practice in our state that supports us in respecting our dignity as women and appreciating our extraordinary gift of welcoming life. For those of other beliefs, I think anyone would appreciate Dr Bascle’s kindness, capability, and her approach of searching for the root cause of problems rather than merely treating symptoms. I would recommend this exceptional practice for women of all ages, but my particular experience was dealing with menopause. I look forward to my next annual - which is something I’ve never said in the past !

This is a wonderful practice. Its small so you dont get lost in the shuffle or become simpy a number. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I delivered my 6th child with this practice. They were very mindful of my needs. Allowing me to have an elective induction on my terms. When there was a crisis in my family the week of my induction they were able to get me in as needed despite protests from the hospital about not having enough room or nurses. Having a Napro trained Dr is amazing for our community as Napro has many more natural ways of treating common issues with PPD/PPA and endo etc. This is a fabulous practice I cant say enough kind things about Dr Bascle or Christy personally. They are both great. Also they are both mothers themselves which I feel like always helps bring a personal experience to their care as they have stood in your shoes with pregnancy and such. You will be treated with respect and kindness at this practice.
