Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered two subs from this location on 2/22/24. This is the cleanest Jersey Mikes I have ever been in, and my sub was made perfect. Both subs were labeled and the customer service was great.

I love you guys at Jersey Mike's!! I've been ordering from you for years, at many of your locations in town. It is always a pleasant experience with your staff, all the stores are always super clean, & I have literally never had a bad sandwich at Jersey Mike's!!!! Thank you for a great product & great service!!

My go to lunch spot and dinner. Only downside is the staff some days there absolutely fantastic other days they all look broken and depressed.

Had a lunch order with 30 sandwiches. Everything was prepared quickly and well. My crew was happy with the sandwiches. The employees at the store were very helpful and friendly. Great attitude and fast service.

Great sandwiches, made how you like them. The dine-in area is clean. I love using their app to order before I get there. It makes it very fast to get there and start eating.

Best Jersey Mike's in town! Very kind, friendly, fun staff! Best roast beef sandwich 🥪, hands down, period, end of story! I always look forward to coming here, and I'm never, ever disappointed. Get it Mike's Way, with mayonnaise, extra salt 🧂, and extra pepper. You will love it.

Back story: This is the first sandwich shop I've been to since the beginning of the pandemic. Experience: I was loudly greeted. I wasn't sure by whom because there was an army of people behind the counter. All, glanced up at me as I walked towards the counter. It was warm and inviting feeling based on what I just experienced at the rug place. A feeling anyone would expect from a customer-centric business. there was excellent signage, clear with numbers and just enough verbiage to make a decision along with a picture of the sandwich in mention. It is really nice to see smiling faces! I was shuffled along from the meat cutter to the condiment person to the cashier. Quick, easy, no fuss. It's basically the same with almost every JM's I've visited. Sandwich was to be expected. #7 Turkey and provolone with lettuce and tomato and mayo on fancy bread. It is good to be back in the wild again. And know that JM's still has what it takes. Recommend.

Just stopped in here for a quick lunch, and as always, greeted with a smile and a welcome from the staff. I have never had a negative experience at this location but today I was in awe. I witness such surgical intent while Rachel prepared everyone’s sandwich. She obviously has the experience required to perform such exact movements to ensure everything was pieced together in the most efficient way that I have ever observed from the staff. Even though she was pumping out these sandwiches, she was still able to show that she possesses great customer service skills.. Promote ahead of peers. Thanks, Rachel!

Great experience every time I walk in the door! Amazing and friendly staff. You can never go wrong with the turkey and provolone "Mikes Way," the product is SO fresh and much better quality than other sub shops. My favorite hot sub is the cheese steak - I have yet to find a better one here in Wilmington!

Freshly cut meats and cheeses make a better sandwich. The team members are always happy to make your sandwich JUST RIGHT. Get it Mike's Way for the proper experience. (For the love of all things holy, NO mayo!)

The staff is really nice and offer great customer service! The subs are always made exactly how I wanted it and are made pretty fast! The resturant is always super clean when I go in! Probably one of the best sub places I've ever been too!

Man, everytime i go in there the staff is the utmost professional staff. The Subs are the best everytime, i think i have an addiction to jersey mikes subs, fresh meats and veggies and the bread is never hard like jimmy johns, can't believe i didn't eat at one of these till i got into college down here. Best place in town to get a sub.

Huge fully packed hoagies and taste delicious! Love that you have the option to get hot ones because other hoagie shops don’t always have that. Highly recommend buffalo chicken or Italian

Jersey mikes is absolutely the best sandwich shop hands down! Their giant original Italian on rosemary bread is *chefs kiss*! Big enough for two, so much flavor. Definitely have it mikes way!

Best subs in town! Service is always great! They welcome you as soon as you come in. You will never go wrong with a #9, Mike's way, with mayo, spicy mustard and jalapenos.

I really like the 43 Chipotle Cheese Steak with Rosemary Parmesan Bread and add lettuce and tomato... Don't judge me! :-) But really I have not found anything I don't like. Staff is quick and polite.
