I wanted to take a moment and give some much-deserved recognition to one of your direct reports. I went in to the Viera T-Mobile store attempting to resolve and issue with my now closed account. It turns out I failed to turn in my sprint drive when I switched to Verizon. Abe was professional and extremely helpful. His assisted me in canceling the final line and resolving my outstanding bill. He worked with customer service to correct all my concerns. In that I am no longer a T-Mobile customer I find Abe’s actions as exceptional, and I will speak well of him and T-Mobile for doing the right thing. Please take a moment and recognize Abe for his work he deserves it.

RJ and the crew there was fantastic! It was my first day of vacation and my phone died I thought my power slot of my apple was broken and I panicked so I walked to this location once I got in I started to cry and worried my phone was broken I asked if they had a charger to see if my back would charge and they did it worked and I bought one of those chargers RJ was absolutely amazing never felt judged once for having a complete melt down in the store! Thanks so much for all your help!

I walked in today to get help fixing my wife’s phone with the intent to upgrade her phone. The phone was locked in an “update status” for hours. In a matter of minutes, Jay the sales rep, unlocked the phone and began the process of backing up the phone to prepare the transfer of data over to the new phone. I believe the whole process took about an hour +/- a few minutes, with me walking out with a new phone and all my wife's data on the new phone. Jay even put the protective case and cover on the phone. Talk about end-to-end customer service. Great job! Jay answered all my questions, and he even resolved a long-standing concern I had over a pricing issue, which he settled by calling corporate on my behalf. I’m seldom impressed. Jay impressed me with his patience and professional attitude. Thank you, Jay. Job well done. Keep up the good work.

I went in the other day because my screen protector cracked. I bought a new one but didn’t trust myself to put it on so I brought it in. Abe was very helpful and patient and even managed to get some of the bubbles out! Will definitely be coming back when it’s time to upgrade

The absolute best customer service considering my circumstances. Cody handled all my questions and issues very professionally. Walked into T-Mobile this morning possibly thinking about getting an Apple Watch. I was greeted by a young man named Cody who was super energetic. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the product I was interested in and definitely sold me on buying it. His professionalism, knowledge, quickness, and overall attitude were absolutely incredible. He is a huge asset to that store as it's relatively new. If you need anything T-Mobile, go see Cody at that location!

Rose is 1000% the most knowledgeable T-Mobile Rep I've ever encountered!! Had several questions that he answered expeditiously and was able to solve all of my problems without hesitation. By far the best experience EVER. I won't go to anyone else. The store is the ONLY TMOBILE in the county that can service BOTH Sprint & T-Mobile simultaneously. Thanks Rose you really are like the flower only prettier!

Very happy. I got "blown off" in the best way possible. My brand-new Samsung A71 stopped being able to connect via the plug-in connector: no fast-charging and no ability to connect directly to my Windows computer so that I could download photos. I brought it into the store and Cody looked it over, took out a can of compressed air, and "blew out" whatever had collected in the phone's connector. Bing. Done. Working fine again. I had been told by others (not T-mobile) that it would cost me $200 to get it fixed. Cody did just what was needed, and was pleasant and conversational while he did it. Very pleased.

Love this store. Have not experienced a staff member who wasn't knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, etc. I stopped in last week with a question about the setting on my phone (because something I hadn't seen before appeared on it). Zeke (?) and Tony were so helpful and quickly resolved it!

Donna was the greatest mobile expert, that spent hours helping us get out of our old leases and into the newest phones. I highly recommend that you pay her a visit & see what she can do for you. Fantastic people skills.

The staff there is extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. Helped me port my numbers over from AT&T and got my cancellation fees paid and lowered my bill and gave me more data. Would definitely recommend this store. Lilly was extremely helpful and very friendly. Thanks for great service.

We have been to the Viera Sprint store numerous times through the years and have always had good service. However, that was not the case yesterday. Sierra greeted me with a smile, listened to the issues I was having with my phone and she provided me various options. Sierra shared her personal recommendations with me and took me from wanting to throw my phone through the window to wanting to give her a hug. I can say she is EXCELLENT and knows what she is doing. So...it is true the service I received yesterday was not good, it was SUPERB!!! Thank you, Sierra.

I’ve came in multiple times, with issues related to my Apple device . I even had trouble connecting my watch and transferring all my data over. Cody was super helpful and very professional ! Best service you could get from a mobile store ! (Most stores direct you to a 1-800 or support number ) Thanks Cody!

T-Mobile and Sprint services. Cody was a tremendous help with our problem. Customer service from the entire staff was amazing. I recommend this store to any T-mobile or Sprint customers

Honestly it was way easier than I thought it would be! Staff was nice, we had Donna and Cody. They were really helpful and saved us a lot of money and helped set up my new phone ! Definitely will come back😁
