Jersey Mike's Subs

Always friendly staff when we have ordered and they always get our order correct. Miles better then the new jersey mikes location in Cheektowaga. You can definitely tell the difference in ownership and employees between the two. Just sad that we can no longer order delivery from this location.

Probably some of the nicest workers and greatest service i’ve seen in Buffalo. Many chain restaurants are lazy and slow but this specific location seems to have some great people working at it. Always super nice and order is always ready when I get there. Love love love❤

Very big parking area in the back, nice location right on Main st. Went inside around 3pm on Sunday, place was super clean and the two workers got my Philly out very fast. The sub itself was really good, 5x better than Jim’s steak out, and I LOVE Jim’s, so that means a lot

Food is amazing first time coming here and I bought the chipotle chicken sub a worker that I asked who's name was rashad preferred the sub and it was a 10/10 he made it perfect with the right amount of chicken and sauce very nicely cut plus the lady that ringed me up at the register her name lida was super nice both workers provided great service and were welcoming and the place was clean I'ma make sure to come back cause that Rashad guy knows how to make a hot sub best location too

I must say the crew you had working on Wednesday night at closing time was absolutely amazing. We walked in at 8:45. It was busy and people just kept walking in. They ran out of bacon and offered to make more of people would wait. Some customers were cracking jokes that most employees would not handle well at closing time and past closing time. The workers were gracious and when I apologized for us being there after close the said not to worry about it at all. They smiled and laughed..... A true rare experience in today's world of employees with one ear bud in and an attitude like I am bothering them by making them work.

On top of all of that great subs with lots of product. Totally worth the price and the customer experience is like a flashback to 1981.

BEST SUB IN THE WHOLE WORLD!! I UNFORTUNATELY MOVED TO A DIFFERENT TOWN WITHOUT A JERSEY MIKES BUT I WILL MAKE THE 20 MIN DRIVE EVERY TIME!

I’ve been to my fair share of different Jersey mikes in the area and honestly this one is the best. There were three guys working, two were training the one. They were the sweetest workers I’ve ever encountered at a Jersey
Mikes. Most others I have been to have been really rude and given eye rolls and sighs. Honestly they deserve a shout out. I’ve worked fast food and retail and these guys are rare, appreciate them, I hope they get to see this one.

This is my favorite location! Staff is always friendly! Store is very clean! When I order online, my food is always ready in time and I have special requests they always get right!! This is the location to order from!!

This new location is #1...out of many locations we have tried: PA, NJ, VA...this one is the best, service, staff, quality of food, cleanliness of restaurant! Williamsville is lucky for this location! Congrats to new owner and staff!

This place is our current favorite sub shop, they are always doing a great job and the employees are friendly and very good at their jobs. Love the big kahuna!
