This business earned a FIVE rating from me because they are perfect to own up and do the right thing. An electric pump motor was replaced with a lesser HP than agreed to [This is Not Perfect]. Once I alerted the SCP team, they attempted multiple times to come up and correct the unit, I was not available. They never stopped trying to coordinate the schedule until they came up and swap the electric motor with the correct HP [this is PERFECT – they did not use my hectic schedule as an excuse to delay or walk away from the responsibility]

I normally go to Namco where they usually end up telling they are out of stock once I have been waiting around for someone. I found this place by googling a few nearby locations. I have to say the staff is amazing! I had no idea what I needed but all I had to do was explain to a young man named JJ what was going on with my pool and he took care of the rest. The cashier that helped was beyond friendly and helped me bring the stuff to my car. To me, you can’t put a price on customer service. I will now come here for all my pool supplies!

They know what they’re doing, are patient, thoughtful and try hard to take care of clients which can be difficult in the best of circumstances. I’d give them a 5, but have only limited experience with their team (they didn’t build me a pool…). You’ll be treated well.
