We LOVE this place!!! The staff is SOOOO friendly! And knowledgeable about the sandwiches!! We are always so happy to have picked this spot!

We ordered 2 subs the club on the sub and the firehouse something lol…thick with meat, just enough toppings and Mayo! Wow this was perfect for supper almost want to say it beats jersey mikes! Bread was crispy on the outside. Quick fast service and quality food! We will be back! The large is plenty! I had the medium! Great honey mustard!

Always great tasting subs here! Manager is popular with all customers without regard to race, gender or any other classification you could think of; he’s just a great manager!

Went in today 5-3-24 around 5 and man the staff was nice, service was quick, and it's one of the better subs I have had from here, give them people a raise! They deserve it!

It's ok to park in the back in the huge parking lot for the whole shopping center; they have a back door that makes it convenient. Honestly the actual parking lot for this place is absolutely horrible. Imagine being offended by a parking lot! Not necessary: just park in the back. I have to wonder how many accidents have happened because of this very poor design.

Anyway. This is apparently a pretty well-run sub shop. The staff seems to have a decent attitude and the place is well cared for. If you haven't had a Firehouse sub before, I highly recommend it; IMHO they're the best of the big chains, and this particular restaurant makes good subs and is well cared for. Highly recommend.

I tell you I got the whole sub sandwich and so I had to call the the fire department, it was delicious and crispy 😁. Just order half of one. They're big you will be happy..

easily the most underrated sandwich place. forget subway, THIS IS THE PLACE! I get the hook and ladder there and its fantastic. they also have the fancy drink machine so you can get any drink you want. lastly, the cookies are great here and they only cost a dollar

I absolutely love firehouse subs. But I really did this review to say how sweet Nadia is. I don’t come often but when I do she’s always smiling and has a great personality it’s very refreshing to come into a place like this and have that for a change since the pandemic. They are lucky to have her!

This is the best place for subs in Wilmington! Family owned and operated are super nice folks! Been eating here for over 5 years and never had bad sub or chili yet. Highly recommend!

I am so lucky to have Firehouse Subs right next to where I work .I work at Ernie's.This is the Firehouse Subs on Oleander Dr. There food is Spectacular and The Staff is so Friendly they make u want to come back.I recommend the Meatball Sub and Hook and Ladder Sub.Kevin makes a Mean Sandwitch.And when I say Mean i mean the Best !!! The manager always Smiling and cheerful plus the Girls R Smiling and Working so hard on that delicious food. I tell all of my clients to go there !! A pleasant experience with great food.

Everyone is always so pleasant. The young man that does the sandwiches you can tell he loves what he does. Every time he prepares a sandwich for me it's perfect. I use to go to Subway but it can't compare to Firehouse.
