Burger King

In the grand strand this is newest and cleanest BK around. The food was hot and fresh. Service is friendly. Warning, don’t get trapped in drive thru it’s only 1 lane with ditch on other side. If you need to leave in hurry you’re trapped. I was there on 4/30/24 at 3 pm and manager was very accommodating. I mentioned that last visit they were out of slush and onion rings. She comped them.

Excellent service- Christy and Shawn were the only ones working and they make that Burger King chug along, all day Just the two of them, did I mention ALL DAY!! More than just an 8 hour day..Breakfast,Lunch, Dinner….I have such respect for both of their work ethic.. As for everyone else that has decided to write poor reviews and just be plain nasty. The most difficult thing to do on the strand is find people that want to work . PERIOD! You were hangry when you were in the drive thru , because you didn’t plan your day at all, probably like your life, then you yell at the service provider at the window for being slow. And if that’s not bad enough you drive away and find you have 4 French fries and not 6, so you go back and yell again.. Lazy , slothful, entitled, childish new America.

It’s more than a job, you are taking the brunt of An Angry America. Thank you Both for creating a positive environment and a smile when I got to the window to be served, at 7 PM, after such a remarkably crazy day for you..And then to get up and do it again the next day!!
The general public should be ashamed of itself. People Try to be nice at all costs!!! start there!

Burger King is fortunate to have you as the face of that location,I’m sure they compensate you, I just hope they read this and understand if they can do more to keep you both , they should , you are the great investment. People are the greatest asset to any business or endeavor..

Fresh food, very nice workers. I had given up on Burger King but my son said please can we have BK so this one landed in our paths and glad it did... YUMMY

Just had Whopper meal. The burger was great. Reminded me of old days. Wednesday at 6:30 PM. Will be back.

I work nearby but stopped going a few months ago. Staff was rude, and it just wasn't worth dealing with them.

A few weeks ago, after talking to some coworkers, I heard the staff had changed; and I decided to give them a try again. I'm so glad I did. The line was long, but the short wait was so worth it. The staff was super friendly, making jokes even though they were understaffed and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious.

Now, it has now become a favorite spot of mine, for breakfast or lunch, and they are getting even better now that there are more than two of them working. I tried to give the guy a tip, but he said to just spread the word. So, here I am.

This is for the Burger King in Murrell's Inlet. The servers were very congenial and attentive. We go to Burger King ONLY because they have the Impossible Burger. The only fast-food restaurant that has vegan fare. And the Impossible Burger is DELICIOUS!! It tastes like it's charcoal broiled. That, with an order of their delicious onion rings (fries for the hubby) and a beverage, are the best!!

Be patient with the employees, they a short handed and doing their best. The husband and wife manager duo are amazing, and go above and beyond. Did is with the wait, especially when they are cook to order, only other place doing that is cookout with a full staff. So it's worth the wait, the app is worth the rewards, as far as I'm concerned anyway. BK trumps slack McDonald's over there by Kroger anyday. And, the impossible Whoppers are FIRE🔥, as fresh as they make them it's so worth it to try here at this location. 🍔🍟🥤😁👍

I don't get all the hate in the reviews? Maybe it truly has undergone some change as I didn't have any issues tonight getting food from here. The man who served me was super nice and had my food (fresh and hot) out in a couple of minutes. What more could you ask for? 😂 Will be coming back again!

Kudos to the manager there. Customer started cussing because his order wasn't ready.. Manager politely asked not to cuss at staff...drink was thrown at him and he kept his composure. BK, give that man a raise!!

Went last week ate inside 3 men working , they were hustling! Food fresh hot and quick I gave y’all a great review on the neighborhood app. Bravo Burger King

Watched the staff hustling through lunch, both providing premier customer service and fresh food. The store seems to have transitioned with a new staff and gave a great experience . Everything during lunch was fresh even if I had to wait a couple minutes.

There was an issue with the online order we placed. It was also late in the night and the staff working went above and beyond to get us our food and super quick. It was on 7/24/23. I didn't get all their names but we feel they should be recognized for all they did. The food was great and fresh to order.

People suck. Have some compassion. They are short handed and the place is super busy. Why don’t some of you lazy complainers try putting yourselves in their shoes.
Hang in there, Burger King employees, not all of us are jerks. Food blows McDonald’s away. Things will smooth out over time. Don’t quit! LOL 😂

Unlike some ignorant people on the internet I’m not just gonna leave a bad review because I had to wait to receive a meal. These people are doing the best they can with what they have. We’re lucky the line moves at all with such a short staff. Despite that, the food has been good and the staff has been so kind and polite. Davin (or devin sorry) is so nice and polite and speaks so you can understand him! Thank you guys for dealing with such a busy understaffed business and still doing the best you can!

First time at this location and the food and service was excellent. I had a sausage, egg and cheese croissant and the employee asked if I wanted grape jelly. Which I really liked.

Stopped in for some late night food and I must say I was impressed I usually don’t eat at Burger King because of the bad reviews but an employee named Vina changed all that she was amazing from the beginning to end definitely will be back!

So sweet and accommodating. Went above and beyond the need of any fast food establishment. Staff was upbeat and seemed to get along like a family. It makes a difference when the environment is welcoming.

Did not get a chance to order, but I want to give props to the manager. The poor guy was all by himself doing it all he needs a raise.

Our food was fresh and on point…but I want to take a moment to brag about a lady name Vina that works here. She was very sweet patient and professional.
