Burger King

Great service! Ordered kids meal chicken nuggets, Jr Whopper w/cheese, double quarter lbs, fries, onion rings, and club salad. All of the food was to it's proper temperature and had good taste. The salad was the best I have ever received from BK. It is clean and the employees are nice and do a great job.

So I walked in the store to an employee cleaning the lobby and notice right away that even the drink station was clean. Then I was greeted politely at the register to have my order taken. When my order was called I got my food from the counter and was asked if I need condiments.

My dude that's at the drive through is a real one! Food always good and fast service. BBQ my dude100%

Idk who you guys got making burgers in there but sheesh ! My order was AMAZING. I’ve ate at two other BKs in the last 2-3 weeks and hands down Valley mall BK blows the other BKs out of the water ! Damn near as good as it looks on TV ! Lol so thank you for the great service and great food as well ! Please keep whoever you have making these burgers around ! Lol

I want to recognize an employee at this store. His name is Kenney. When we ask the cashier about the way we should order the items we wanted in order to safe some money, he realized she was having a hard time trying to figure it out and quickly jumped into the scene and figure it out him self. Even after I asked for fresh french fries, he was very pleasant; then I watched how he care by making sure his coworkers understood the order and meet my request. In addition he jump back to the kitchen to help speed up and straighten up what appears to me, a confusion with some orders while cars were awaiting at the drive-through. He deserve recognition and I hope someone will let him know that some times little thing matter. THANK YOU KENNEY! and MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Had a bad experience one time that they apologized for and compensated. All other times have been good. The people are usually polite. The food taste well cooked and I haven't experienced any foods that have tasted off in this place. Only suggestion is if you buy a frozen drink, ask them to make it AFTER you are served the actual meal or else if you are taking it elsewhere, it will melt before you leave.

Line everything about Burger King. I only wished they kept the cheesy tots as a part of the permanent menu

Great croissants & breakfast burritos. Can't beat the Jr. Whopper's meal deal, either. Great chocolate shakes. Hershey's chocolate, you know!

I ate a chicken wrap and damn near creamed myself

Just had a wonderful bacon cheeseburger delivered by Grubhub from here! I tried to leave a survey feedback, but it says the fields are wrong from the receipt- anyways, you guys are rocking it! Keep it up!

Love this BK! Returned my first crispy chicken sandwich for being overdone. They made a new, fresh one and brought it over to our table. Nice, clean, friendly service and the mix your own soda machine.

Went through the drive through and got my husband a 10 piece nugget and it was only $1! You can't beat the price! They were fast. They were curtious! I also went at a busy time of the day as it was around lunch time and I was very surprised and pleaded that they were quick to fill orders in the drive through and it seemed that nobody got anything wrong. (nobody turned around and came back that I could see lol)

Some fries tasted amazing, they were fresh & some were older. Other than that the food was great & great customer service.

Burger King is one of my favorite fast food places to eat. Today I had a low carb sandwich and it was served like a platter. Very nice. I didn't even know they had frappes. They are inexpensive and taste good.

The new chicken sandwich is amazing. I got the spicy one with deli pickles and mayo. I love chicken sandwiches and this is my new favorite. The woman who waited on me was very friendly. Definitely recommend this Burger King.

For the first time in many years and several Burger King stores since the early 70's and 80's this store made my Whopper and fries that tasted as it did when I was a kid. Thank you for renewing my experience. Excellent work.!! W. F. MALLOY

The employees were great. Even though it was busy, they didn't let it drop their spirits.

No fast food can compare to my favorite Wopper Jr. Delicious. I don't care for the French fries. McDs still are all my friends favorites.
