By far the best burger chain out there. Peanuts and fries also add to the experience. It is expensive but definitely worth it

Food was delicious and quick. The menu may seem a little pricey, but you definitely get your moneys worth. I highly recommend stopping in for big tastey burger and fries. You also get free peanuts dining in.

I must be honest it's been awhile since I've been to Five Guys. My family was looking for something different so we went. We were not disappointed it was a great visit. The food and service was great and the price not to bad.

Food was served quickly and hot with the exact ingredients we asked for. Ordered a regular fry and a Cajun one to keep the whole table happy. Love the coke machines that let you add flavors to the core products if desired. All Five Guys are decorated the same so you always feel at home, but it would be nice to see a few more recent articles on the walls. I'm sure they're still receiving great press to share.

Five Guys is the place to go for the best fries! All natural potatoes, perfectly salted! You're also going to get outstanding customer service. Good, fresh food, and yummy shakes. What more could you ask for in a burger joint?

I ordered thru active menus and everything was cool smooth and on time.

Five Guys is very expensive but the value adds up The burger was nice and hot and the ingredients were very fresh and good. The fries were hot and tasty but when I got my drink the orange was missing but when I came back for lunchtime it was fixed the workers were nice FIVE STARS.

Burgers were definitely on point! Don't much care for the fries, but they slap to everyone else sssssooooo pppppoooowwww!

BEST burgers 🍔 ever. Tables weren't clean but if you ask they will wipe them down for you. Ladies restroom 🚽 needed cleaning as well.

Quality of cheeseburgers and fries hard to beat. You get your money's worth.
Question is... do you want to spend that much. And how does the avg family afford a night out there? Regardless, find a way to get there maybe 1X a month and treat yourself. Worth it!

Burgers and fries were good. Tables needed some attention. Overall a good experience. Five guys is one of my favorite berger joints.

I know they are under orders due to the pandemic, which is why i did not dock a star. But boy do I miss them having peanuts and vinegar out... Two of my favorite things just gone.

Regardless of that, the food and portions were great. And watching one of the guys dancing to a song playing over the speakers just made it an enjoyable experience.

Best burgers anywhere. They leave that dreamy drip of greasy goodness just at the corner of your mouth. And the fries!!! I love you Five Guys. Will you marry me? I will wash dishes after dinner every night, promise.

Burgers are always great! We only do carryout and it's always fresh, hot, and CORRECT! The customer service is great too!

Extra $ for a burger cooked fresh and fry’s fried right away fresh on the spot for you instead of other fast food restaurants where they’re frozen and under a heat lamp until someone orders it. Have never tried their hot dogs but they also always smell and look absolutely delightful! Thank you Hagerstown 5 Guys!

The best burgers and fries on the planet!! My wife and I eat lunch here at least once a week. Tip: a small burger is plenty for my 6' 3" 240 pound body and a small order of fries will feed two people. A lunch tab for two runs $20.
