The Spa at Séc-he

Such a great experience here. The facility is huge and has everything you could want or need in a spa. Staff was excellent, and the tour I was given before served perfectly in telling me about the facilities and the history, in addition to showing me where everything is. Me and my wife had a couples massage which was absolutely perfect. The room was setup with two beds, a tub full of warm water, and a shower. We had 30 minutes in the tub and a 60 minute massage which was very nice. Afterwards, we spent about two hours at the pool where we had a delicious poke salad and two smoothies. Service was great throughout and I would not hesitate to visit The Spa at Sec He again in the future.

Beautiful, relaxing, impeccably clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. I ended up getting a membership (which pays for itself if you plan on visiting more than 3-4 times a month). The gym is rarely crowded and is always spotless. Anthony is a fantastic hair stylist. 10/10 recommend.

We go to spas often and in different places around the world and in SoCal BUT by far impressed with the service and cleanliness of the spa. Its hard for me to even pen words to describe my experience here today. The food at the palbar was served fast and it was super fresh. A little expensive but worth it. I highly recommend the pina colada and blueberry smoothies and avocado salad with chicken add on. The outdoor pool was very clean and quiet. There are day beds and cabanas available for rent which includes a tv and complimentary fruit tray which i didnt get since i only got a day pass. The day pass is available for purchase and u can enjoy all the amenities from 8 to 7 pm. The day pass is $145 but pro tip there is a 15% discount if you live locally with proof of id. Free street parking. This is also the #1 spa in america fyi. There is a 15 min mineral bath included with day pass purchase in a private room. There is a euculaptus steam room. Sauna room. Cold plunge water tub. Clean gender specific locker rooms. Outdoor pools. Outdoor mineral pool. Staff was very friendly and professional. Free snacks and infused water located around the grounds. you can get a facial,massage, nails done on campus as well.

I would give this day spa 10 starts if I could.
Amazing staff. Everyone was extremely helpful. You have an option to buy a day pass or one of their treatments which will give you access to the facilities as well.
I did their collagen facial with Josie and she was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and she was extremely knowledgeable. Absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing place to spend the day.

Highly recommend the monthly membership. Totally worth it. I go almost everyday. The staff are top notch and the facilities are immaculate.
Best part is the membership is month to month so I can opt out on months when I’m traveling.

Not only that, I also had one of the best meals at the pool restaurant....

Grilled salmon and roasted carrots and cremini mushrooms!!.

This place is so clean. You could eat off of the floor. Nothing is out of place. Every single towel is perfectly folded and everything is exactly where it should be...

If you're ever in Palm Springs, you must visit this spot! Arrive early to make the most of everything they offer—it's all so wonderful! I absolutely adored the invigorating cold plunge, the relaxing mineral water bath, and the peaceful salt cave. And the facial? Simply heavenly. Jenifer was amazing, making me feel completely relaxed and my skin was glowing afterward. I can't wait to return!

Absolutely stellar. We spent 8 hours there (our visiting friends and myself) and it was amazing. Well staffed, super clean and beautiful surroundings. We will be going back 100%. I would recommend this as a “must visit” to anyone coming to Palm Springs.

I’ll preface by saying Ive been to many world renowned spas, and I can confidently say Sec-he spa ranks up there as one of the best. And here’s why…

I received the Arnica massage from Nubia, and OMG, she did not disappoint. – 10/10! Actually this may have been the best massage I’ve ever had. She is STRONG and she really knows how to work out those stubborn knots. No doubt I’ll be sore for the next couple of days, and that’s okay because a true deep tissue was exactly what I needed. They’re very lucky to have such a talented and kind lady on their team.

The food: As a vegan, I was happy to find a couple of options available on their pool menu for a mid day snack. As soon as the pool waitress learned about my dietary needs, she went the extra mile to put together a vegan meal from their indoor restaurant. I had the jicama tacos and they did not disappoint. Fresh and flavorful.

The amenities: from the salt room, to the sauna, steam room, tranquility room, and mineral bathe room, there’s so many quiet corners, you can literally spend the whole day here and never get bored. I love this place.

My massage therapist Nubia was so good! She made sure that I was comfortable, relaxed and occasionally asked if the massage pressure was ok, which I appreciated. Her techniques were amazing & I would totally want her to be my therapist again!

The spa has a men’s only side and a women’s only side. The staff were all so helpful and friendly! It was amazing!!! In the spa, they have sauna, hot steam room, a cold shower, and ample lockers and seating. The spa provides robes and sandals (which are so comfortable). Then with your day spa pass, you receive a complimentary 15 minute mineral soak in their “hot spring” tubs!

Then they have two Himalayan salt rooms, a sound sensory room, and inversion chairs that are the best for napping! They provide headphone, eye masks, and comfy blankets for your napping needs! It’s so relaxing!

And outside they offer and outdoor mineral pool, hot tub (which was too hot to enjoy) and a nice cool pool with a waterfall!

The food on the patio was very good and convenient. Staff is attentive and brings your meal when it’s ready. The spa provides plenty of outdoor lounge chairs with umbrellas and towels. The cabanas and day beds are an additional charge.

And to round out the spa experience, Sec-he provided vitamin c infused showers and all the toiletries you need for freshening up before you head out!!!

Best touch- the Lavender infused cold towels!!! They’re the best, so refreshing in the steam room or hot sauna.

Nubia is an outstanding massage therapist. Her professional, attentive approach and skilled techniques make each session highly effective and relaxing. I’ve come to her for massages, body scrubs, body wraps, and facials and I always leave feeling taken care of. Whether you need deep tissue or gentle care, she customizes her work to meet your needs in a calming environment. Highly recommended her for an excellent experience.

A group of us girls came to get a massage for my mothers birthday. Lorena was very attentive, applied great pressure, and I still felt very relaxed even on all my high tense and knotty areas. This spa is absolutely gorgeous and very relaxing and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

However, what truly set my visit apart was the incredible Prickly Pear massage experience, expertly administered by Nubia. Her skillful hands and soothing demeanor immediately put me at ease as I reclined on the quartz table. The Prickly Pear massage was a revelation – the combination of the unique cactus-based oil and Nubia's expert techniques left me feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and utterly pampered.

Nubia's professionalism and genuine care for her clients are evident in every aspect of her work. She tailored the massage to address my specific needs, ensuring that I left feeling completely refreshed both physically and mentally. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

This place is truly amazing! The staff is welcoming, super friendly and helpful! The facility is beautiful, clean and peaceful with lots to do! My masseuse was Nubia and she was great! She gave me a wonderful massage and was very kind and sweet to work with! I will be returning!

This 73,000 sq ft building created by the Agua Caliente tribe is beautiful, relaxing and a work of art. Natural stone, neutral colors and water features make this one of the most relaxing place I have experienced.

So many amenities are included in a day pass I didn't even get to experience them all.

Be sure to make reservations for this spa is sure to become a favorite.

Excellent all around. From a concierge check-in approach, including complimentary waters, to the brief tour of the multi level of services offered and the actual services themselves. Wow! First time in Palm Springs for us and this was such a treat!
