Our experience with DRS Roofing & Remodeling was excellent!
From the beginning of of the process to the end what a great experience!
It was a pleasure working with customer service sales agents Nate Hilf and assistant Mackenzie they are super professional, well knowledgeable and return your call, or text messages at anytime. The Roofing color pallet was sufficient to choose from, we decided on Williamsburg Grey an absolutely enjoy the final completed Look!
A few additional very important roll players we would like to thank as well are Mr RJ D’ Angelo DRS Public adjuster who handled the entire communication process with your Insurance carrier, keeping you informed every step of the way!
The whole Replacement Roof process was smooth and efficient. & looks extremely beautiful!
Like to also give a big high five to an awesome super hard working crew who installed our Roof Elias, Yardin, Anibal, Ana, Yaquelin, Jiderson, they all where super friendly very kind and super efficient they completed there task in a timely manner!
Was impressed that they covered there work area completely with plastic, picked up every scrap and all the nails, blew off the porch and walkways!

A bad storm came through and wrecked havoc on multiple homes in my subdivision, several contractors solicited our business, Nate from DRS Roofing asked for our business in a sincere way. He also guaranteed DRS Roofing would walk us through the insurance process, ensuring me I would have little to contact with my insurance, I was sold! DRS did that and more! When the claims adjuster low balled the project, RJ was able to re-negotiate a higher figure. Amber took the anxiety out of speaking to my insurance company, once she was authorized to speak on my behalf she professionally redirected all their questions to her. DRS coordinated with the company that installed my solar panels, to have them removed and reinstalled - at no cost to me!! From start to finish this company was a God send!

The project took a few days once they got started. The roofers took great care to remove site debris they also used magnets to pick up nails in the grass. I absolutely love the finish product, the architectural shingles they used have given my home so much curb appeal, they really pop. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the finished product. As an upgrade I added gutters and downspouts to my project because the few I had on my house were not working properly. DRS expertly installed the gutters and downspouts all around my house, giving a sleek finish. I am happy to no longer worry about foundation erosion from torrential rain.

Worked directly with Nate and he was very professional and informative thought the process. DRS also worked with my insurance on my behalf which made the process that much easier for me. Once I chose the style of shingles I wanted a date was set and all the work was completed in about two days to include clean up. DRS replaced my roof and did a great job. Amber and Shannon were amazing to work with, always answered when I called or texted, didn't make me feel as if I was a burden for asking a million questions.
The crew was good, only issues I had was guy taking apart my gate to gain entrance instead of asking me to unlock it, and the amount of nails left behind. But the guy put my fence back together which was much appreciated.
They are also fixing the siding that was damaged. Very professional, did great work. They even delt with the insurance and the headache that always is.

This is a top notch company. From start to finish, they were one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. I needed roof repair for a leak and they were able to get me approved for a whole new roof and repair interior ceiling damage. When I first was looking around for a roofing company to come out, DRS was the only ones who actually showed up on time and on the same day!
Huge shout out to Nate and RJ for being so helpful and communicative during this whole process. It ended up taking longer than I expected (due to my insurance not DRS) and they were on top of everything the whole way. They were able to get me a new roof and fix interior water damage and both look amazing! I would absolutely recommend DRS.

Nate was very thorough in walking me through the claim process, handled all the insurance and kept me informed throughout. When the time came to have my roof replaced DRS had it done in a day and everything was cleaned up better then when the crew showed up.

They did a great job. Nate was very helpful and RJ was able to persuade my insurance company to help out a bit more than they originally wanted to. They were done quickly and took away all the old roofing material. I have found a few nails, but I think that’s normal after a job like this. I recommend DRS Roofing

This was my first experience in filing an insurance claim for damage sustained to my roof. I was skeptical on the process but was assured I would be in good hands by the salesman, Nate. Nate was diligent in providing details and following up on communications. Roof was installed in less than two days by a professional and respectful team.
