This was the quickest drive through ever. From the time I placed my order to getting my food it took about a minute, no exaggeration. Food in had before they could finish the charge transactions.

Leland The manager was working and was very nice very personable and helpful.
He was very understanding and helped me pay with my phone even though I tried multiple times. He's a good dude.
I will go back because of him he was very helpful

Double Baconator is the way to go. Quick friendly service. Natural Lemonade is one of the best.

They completely cheated me on the bacon. If you're calling three tiny little strips of nothing on either side of the bun your six strips of bac then I was disappointed. But there was a super generous portion of the home fries and they got the rest of the order correct with a substituted croissant bun. The price is also come down significantly on this particular breakfast item.

Staff was excellent. Food, as usual, was delicious

Our order was terribly messed up by UBER EATS~who CHARGED US with HALF OF THE ORDER MISSING.
We were missing a sandwich and a shake and EMMA was professional and did what she was permitted to do. We were going to pay for the shake but she did give us OUR SHAKE WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE.

Stopped Drive Thru at 2:45. They were busy but fast and accurate. Great freshly cooked ck sandwich. Rarely get FF. They were hot and crispy. House bound and had just had booster shot. Great Job Wendy's

I was having a problem with paying with my Wendy's app.
Went inside for help and Carl the manager was very helpful.
I had a special request for my fries to be fixed a certain way and the cook made them perfect!!
The members are always polite and nice.

This has to be one of the more "modern" Wendy's I've seen. The staff all seemed to be close, working hard but managing to laugh with each other. That's more uplifting and enjoyable than anything. Always good to see people as happy as this crew. Place was clean and fast. PLUS...They have one of the fancy soda machines that lets you do practically any flavor ever.

We were very hungry so we went to Wendy "s take out. The food was wonderful the burgers were juice n the baked potato "s n cup of Chile was perfect. The people thar waited on us was really great n the cashier was also!!!!

So, this will be extremely biased opinion because I work there. Have been for 2years. Im 16 now. The problem is that no one ever applies, meaning we are always understaffed. We would replace staff if we had staff to replace them with. The management was recently switched /is going through a switch at the moment. Typically on a day to day bases the store runs on 4-5 people, most wendys require about 7-8 to run efficiently. So I understand the complaint. But please take regard to the difficulty we have as employees.

Joel served us. Was very honest with us and made sure we were well taken care of. Will be coming back here 100% because of him

The team working this evening at 7pm were so friendly! Guy at the window even asked how my day was going. Food was really tasty and accurate. Thanks for the great meal!

Tonight, I was impressed that the drive-thru was very quick. My order was right too. I went threw at 10:49. The ladies was very polite, too. Way to have great customer service.

Tonight 10/17/2020 I am in the process of moving from Xenia, Ohio to Milford, Ohio! Stopped at this store for dinner! The dining room is closed due to the covid-19! I called the store to see what my options are since I'm driving a 26-ft U-Haul that will not fit in drive-thru! They took my order over the phone came out and got my money and brought me my food right to the U-Haul! I really appreciate employee Hailey for doing this for me!

Quick order, quicker service, friendly staff. Food tastes great!

Food was prepared better and served hot. Better management and better customer service.
