McDonald's

Our order was correct. Filet o' fish sandwiches were fresh and tasty, as was my iced coffee. We went through the drive thru, so I can't rate the atmosphere. The young guy in the drive thru window looked bored and jaded. (Thu Jan 11 approx 3pm)

I went here on April 2, 2024 before a storm chase. They got delicious burgers, fries, and an amazing tasting Dr. Pepper. YUM! WiFi was free!

Honestly probably the nicest staff I've ever had at a McDonald's in my life. We were staying down the road from this location and got food to go. Went in and ordered. It was very clean and surprisingly the floor was not sticky! Restrooms were clean. We went at 7 pm on a tuesday night and it was quiet. I can not stress how nice there were. I wanted to get the cheeseburger bundle and he explained I could get it ordered on the app, he couldn't type it in. But offered to help me figure it out on the app if I needed help. I didn't need help, but he offered. Order came out in a timely fashion and fries were fresh and hot..

Perfect cheeseburger and fries 9pm Sunday drive though. Hot and delicious! Even brought me extra ketchups. Thank you! Thank you!

Why do I go here other than it is convenient off the interstate but every time the workers do not speak English very well. They always put the french fries upside down in the bag and they never put ketchup in the bag with the upside down fries which I think needs more salt

This is my fifth time at this McDonald's and it was another good visit. I ordered two McChickens and two McDoubles with no ketchup. The food arrived hot and correct. In other words, there was no ketchup on my cheeseburgers and the food was actually hot. The lady at the window was very friendly and professional. Do yourself a favor and visit the Kings Mills i-71 McDonald's you'll be glad you did

Quick in and out breakfast. Forgot one of our sausage sandwiches but quickly got it to us.

Had a 2 minute wait and drive through service was good food was great.

Very clean and fast service, friendly staff, one of the better and more clean locations.

McDonald's is the greatest mom and pop restaurant on the planet. Best home cooked General Woo King stir fry I've ever had.

the inside of this McDonald’s is very nice, modern, and clean. food came quickly and the workers made sure we had everything we needed. can be busy at times since it’s close to Kings Island but if you go at not peak times it’s great :)

Just went through the drive through for some dinner. Randa - I believe they said her name was, was awesome! She didn’t sound like another employee who absolutely hates her job.
Sometimes we like to order our fries crispy and usually we are told sure and they come out cold and soggy at many locations we visit. She was super nice and pleasant about our crispy fry request! All of the kudos for the pleasant drive thru experience!

Breakfast was great & the girl at the drive thru was very patient with me cause I had a few questions about the app, cause I'm just getting use to using it.

Purchased bacon, egg and cheese Bagels. My go to breakfast sandwich.

It seems every time I go to Wendy's. I have somewhere to sit down and relax and enjoy my food which is delicious especially the strawberry for all States.

I was in there August 3rd, 2019 at around 10:30. Although service was slow, I knew everyone was working to the best of their ability. You are all doing a great job! Thank you to Nick ( the manager ) for helping us get us food when we hadn’t gotten a receipt at the self-checkout station. Thank you for everything you do and I hope that you continue to work just as hard. I know some people can be really hard on fast-food workers, as I have been one, and I want to make sure your efforts are appreciated. I look forward to stopping by on future Kings Island trips. I finally feel like thjs store has managers that care about you, the customer. They smile and take your order now, when you arrive, not when they get around to it. The food seems hot and fresh. It's been a long time but i am happy to give a good score, lets hope they keep going.

McGriddles & mocha frapes were bangin today! Super hot & fresh and the frames tasted better than their more expensive alternative at Starbucks. Overall we were very pleased with our meal. Hope to be in the area for breakfast again soon. SO much better than many other McDonald's I've been to in the greater Cincinnati area.

We’re from out of town and don’t know the area. We tried the place across the street yesterday since they had more stars on the reviews. They were awful. Old, hard nuggets that were not pleasant to eat cold fries, yuck. Today’s visit to this McDonald’s was great. The wait wasn’t too bad. The team was friendly and the food was hot and fresh. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Last night drive through lady made fresh coffee when I ordered. Manager was doing inventory but also paying attention to his surroundings. Felt very tended to and I sure do appreciate it. This morning a lady named Barb at front counter was so warm, pleasant and inviting making this ole girl feel very welcome. Thanks to the employees there. Store appeared well stocked and very clean this morning. Sure beats the nastness of the Lebanon store! Again thank you Brian, Barb and others there
