He made sure that I had professional help with loading the furniture and even took it a step further by keeping the furniture on standby when someone else wanted to buy the exact one that same day ! Such trustworthy people! My husband and I have had a long day of hunting for mattresses and my husbands phone must have slipped from his pocket. We didnt notice it was gone for well over an hour- they kept his phone safe for us and offered us amazing customer service at our first and second visit! The young lady and gentleman were both excellent. I would definitely trust them with my purchase!

Great selections, great pricing, great staff! Isa was very personable and understanding, helped us find a great deal and made sure we'd get our stuff in a timely manner. Every other furniture store in the area had high prices and you had to wait like 2 months for it to come in. But not this outlet, they got everything you need right when you need it.

Their customer service is top-notch; they genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.

I was in desperate need of a new bed frame after my previous one broke due to incorrect assembly by a moving company. Not only did Peter, the owner, have a great selection of high-quality furniture, but the owner himself went the extra mile. I told him I couldn't lift the heavy mattress on my own, he personally came to my home and helped assemble the bed frame at no extra cost. This kind of generosity is rare and greatly appreciated.

I am extremely grateful for the exceptional service and kindness shown by the team and Peter. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of furniture – you won't be disappointed!

My wife and I visited this store in hopes of finding a couch for our living room. We immediately found a beautiful, white sectional couch and Peter hooked us up with a great payment plan, and even had our couch delivered that same day.

Months later, we needed our cushions replaced due to stains and Peter was able to get it through the manufactures warranty.

What made this experience memorable was the customer service. Peter was incredibly nice and casual throughout the whole process and I couldn’t recommend him more.
