very friendly staff, great collection of vapes. the interior is very aesthetically pleasing too. definitely the best vape/smoke shop i’ve seen in the area.

i was looking for a specific (newer) device that i have not been able to find at several different stores that are, closer to where i live, and they had it!

…then i suddenly panicked when i realized my ID was not in my phone case, so i’ve been driving around the city all day with my license back at home, oops. fortunately, the (very friendly and knowledgeable) lady i spoke with said she will hold it to the side until me or my girlfriend return later today for it :)

They're the homies at Cloud Jammer. Great at answering questions, conversation, and all around good vibes. Pop in if you want 3D printed dragons/octopi/geckos, incense or if you need a new, solid bong. Frank and Buddy got you covered. Always a laugh

It's always a great experience. I have been to their York, Gettysburg and Lemoyne stores and every location has had employees who knew what they were talking about, made sure I knew what they were talking about. Other vape stores in my experience, they just sell you whatever with no education about anything like the difference between salt nic and freebase vape liquid, mesh pods, their vape systems. Everyone is always chill and I don't think I ever got a liquid I didn't like.
And I must say I was very grateful for the man who I believe is the owner. Very. I appreciate all of you and by far the best vape shop there is!

I have been a loyal customer ever since they opened their doors. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The only suggestion I’d offer is an updated vape flavor list on the website and at the store so I don’t have to ask a buncha questions when I am there!

Great selection of juices and devices. Employees are always very helpful! My favorite vape shop in Frederick for sure.

Update: Employees always looking out as far as deals and saving me money when possible. Just like the vibe of this shop for real.

I met the owner of the shop. He was 100% knowledgeable about his products. He sold me a brand new tank which would help me with the mod I had. He informed me that the tank and coils that I was using with my mods we're either too big or needed too much wattage and help me choose the right size tank for them. I am absolutely in love with my new tank and I will highly recommend them to my friends. It is always a wonderful experience every time I go to Cloud Jammer. The most positive experience that I have had this particular vape shop was getting to understand my Vape experiences better because of the knowledge that he had. I most definitely recommend going in and visiting this shop. I have been going here for about a year and with every experience that I have had I am more than thrilled to travel the 45 minutes to go to this particular shop. Yes I have to bulk buy because it is kind of far but it is worth every penny I have spent there. Go check out Cloud Jammer and spend some time getting to know the staff and getting to know your equipment a little bit better. Huge shout out to the owner for making this one of the best shops I've been to

Best vape place ever, by far. Way different experience than other local shops. They’re really knowledgeable and actually help you find the stuff you need. And they have testers! Great staff, great environment, very affordable. Recomend it to your friends!

I love this place. I live a bit far away but have always enjoyed the visits. Was last in Feb 2020 right before everything locked down, they did local deliveries for folks nearby to help them out. I couldn't use this but absolutely love the fact that they are about helping people which is what the business world is supposed to be about. Excellent selection on juices, could have more sales ;) but overall they have everything you could need and tons of things you would want one day lol.

I think this store and staff is amazing. Real great atmosphere. The girls that work there are very welcoming and helpful. To the man that complained about going behind the counter.... Why would you think you can go behind the counter? Sounds like you have issues you have to work out on your own. This place is is awesome! P.S. to anyone who reads this Don't go behind the counter! It's pretty simple!! 😁

For about 1-2 years , I'd go go to this other Shop.
Just like my regular visits there. I popped in for juice/Coils.
Difference was a new employee with a customer/Friend.
They were obviously just talking so I just asked for what I wanted and right their I was, treated like I wasn't welcome, my 💵 wasn't good there + given an attitude by customer & employee.
Found this shop on Google.After Only 1 long visit here I made this my " Go To Vape Shop " For Ll my vape needs. Beside having everything you'd want relating to Vapes...
(Like I always say) It's the Employees. They made me feel welcome, helped me out. Answered my questions , gave recommendation, let me sample Juices Differ t Flavors. Even help me out with prices , (little discounts ) that's why myself , family/Friends only Spend our hard earn money @ "CLOUD JAMMERS" ..

Came here yesterday with my partner and HOLY JUICE SELECTION! Probably the most I’ve ever seen in a store! This place is huge and inviting and the girl who was working there was pretty helpful and knowledgeable. It would be so awesome to get some coffee in there with the space you have and make it like a “vape cafe.” The tables are a nice touch and I didn’t feel rushed to leave after I made my purchase. Thanks again and will definitely be coming back ☺

Cloud jammer is an awesome company! I love the ladies who work in the York pa location. They are always very sweet and helpful every time I visit their establishment. Great products as well. I get everything I need from there.

This is a really great shop, for beginners and experienced alike. The staff are super knowledgeable and really take the time to make sure you're confortable with your purchase. They walk you through everything - from how to use your vape properly to customize your vaping experience to letting you sample. Absolutely recommend.

The dude that works there is very informative, but biased on the things he prefers. Remember to have your own preference and have him teach you how to use for device if you don't know. Lookout for the things on sale on the counter at the left in the back.. the dark curly haired dude that sends to run the place makes me prefer this place over others. No more cigarette's!

LOVE this place always have lots of options in stock… never have to worry about going in for something and it not being there… staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Good area for the city… parking options for any preference and extremely close to shop.

The employees are awesome, always friendly, helpful and answer questions. They make suggestions when I’m not sure what I want. I’ve never had a bad experience at Cloud Jammers. Will continue to shop there.
