Love this vape shop! Very chill and welcoming place. If it wasn't for Mr. Conrad working there I would going to the place across the street by Burger King.

Max & Rob are both outstanding sale associates that deserve recognition for going above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service each and every time I have come into the store!

Nina was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and helped me sign up for a membership where I got a great deal. Memorial day sale saved me over $20 instantly and her service was refreshing and superb. I found my new vape shop.

I was very impressed with this shop. I am in town for business and needed more e-liquid. I have been all over the US and this is one of the nicer shops I've visited. Very pleasant and professional staff. The shop is very clean and had a lot of product. I would definitely recommend checking this place out! Thank you Nick for making it an enjoyable experience.

Very good service. Great products. Love their avail brand fluid and I appreciate that they are all now clear with no artificial coloring. I do have a complaint with the prism vape cartridges which I will be calling about tomorrow. I have faith they will make it right.

Shannon is absolutely awesome!! She's completely helped me every step of the way trying to break away from cigarettes and delve into vaping!! She has amazing customer service skills and definitely goes above and beyond for everyone!! She was by herself today remembered all 4 people that walked in the 15 total minutes I was there, answered everyone's questions and made sure everyone tasted the new flavor and none of us waited around for her. She was fast and efficient. Truly awesome place with awesome attitudes!!

Nick was awesome and extremely helpful. When I walked in I was extremely surprised, the set up of the store is great. You get to try all of the different flavors and the staff was very knowledgeable of everything. The store was clean with a huge selection. The juice is a couple dollars more then other places but you always get what you pay for and it's worth it. I am never going to a different vape shop again!

I've been going to Avail vapor for over a year now and let me tell you, never a dull moment. The staff are by far what makes Avail my go to shop. Every time I walk in I'm greeted and shown what excellent customer service is, Shannon especially so. Not to mention the savings on mods and juices by being a member. Every time I go in its a pleasant experience. from the vast selection of flavors Avail offers, to the cleanliness and aesthetic of their store. Love this place! Been going for a few months, the staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Specifically Rachel and Nina have been fantastic! Always very nice and they give perfect recommendations. Haven’t gotten a juice/tank/mod I didn’t love based on what they suggest.

My boyfriend and i had an amazing experience here. Nina was super helpful, answered all of our questions, set us up with the perfect vape kit, showed us how to set it up and made sure we were confident in our purchase. 10/10 experience

This is the ONLY place I go for my Vaping needs. Shannon is always the best! She cares about you, not only a customer, but as a person and that says a lot!

I have never been to this shop before but first time coming in I was introduced by Nina and she was an amazing help. she help me pick out the right vape for me due to me trying to stop smoking and I am completely satisfied. Nina is the greatest! I recently bought a tank & it had an issue so I came by today to see what’s wrong with it & she offered to give me a brand new tank free of charge! Now that’s GREAT customer service 🙌🏼 I’ll be visiting more often.

This place is great! Easily the best vape shop experience I have ever had. No where else have I encountered such stellar customer service. We dealt with the store manager who took time to talk about units and different juice flavors. Highly recommend!!

Went in here and met Rachel and Nina. Not only are they extremely friendly but very good sales people. I was on the fence about getting a vape because they hurt my lungs and I like cigarettes but they sold me on one that does not hurt my lungs and had amazing recommendations! Even if I don’t end up liking vaping I will probably go back just to see them!

AMAZING SERVICE!!!! Shannon helped me decide on what mod and juice to buy. I moved here from Tucson and this shop was immaculate in comparison to anything I had seen. I actually live in germantown where there is another location and they've never disappointed BUT as I am in Frederick often I always make a point to go to the Frederick location. Nina is SO helpful Every time I am in there. She is easy to talk to and I never walk out not taken care of. And her personality is so welcoming, I love coming here, they do go above and beyond!

I haven’t been to the store in a couple years but the other day was my first time back while I was in town. I didn’t catch the 2 ladies names. It was a great time really brought back memories as to way that was my favorite vape shop. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m back in town

Sales rep is freaking amazing, she is very knowledgeable and was able to explain the differences between the different vape pens, e-liquids and cbds. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty, checking inventory and for my membership and helping multiple customers out at once. Where to start I was just looking to buy new coils and the Manager Nina was so helpful and come to find out where I bought my vape from did not know what they where talking about I was basically harming my self more then anything else. She was so knowledgeable about my needs and the correct vape I needed to use. Definitely not gonna go anywhere else to get my vaping needs.
