The Vape Spot

Bought a Koi CBD vape about a month ago, the employee told me to hit it to make sure it works. It was leaking and he gave me a new one for free. I can say they care about their customers and the vibe is welcoming.

Came here in Christmas afternoon for the first time and they’re amazing! Offered me cookies, super friendly and cool. Also prices are the best in town, recommended 10000%!

Hi...This was my first time in this shop I Promise you that it is the best.I want to change my smoke game so I said let try vap ,where as I am a flower girl. I wasn't looking to spend a bunch of money . When I got inside I already knew the energy ASWOME!!!!. The two associates that where there are so extraordinary and knowledgeable about this. I had no idea what I was doing so, I explained what I wanted to feel like and ,I wanted a vape device. He showed this small little purple box and I thought it was just the oil ,but it was all in one. He took it out of the box and showed me and it was beautiful small very lady like and I wanted that. He explained to me that this was just what I was looking for . I got 5 off my purchase and they have a spin wheel where you can win a small gift which is sooo cool. He open the box and I tried it after he explained how it works so, I did and when I tell WOOOW..EXCELLENT. I love the fragrance and how none messy and very discreet it and HOW GOOD IT ISS YESSS.SO YEAH THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE I HAD AT THE VAP SPOT. MY new spot. Thank you soo much for such excellent customer service and Great products. 🥳

The people at the Vape Spot are awesome and really helpful and kind. Love this place. Always has a great selection and the staff are knowledgeable. They even regularly special order my favorite vape flavor for me, which has been a life saver since I can never find it in stores!

Best customer service. Thought it’s time for a review after going here for 6 months for my juice and pods! If you want sweet vape juice they have got you… (along with a ton more stuff) but I struggled to find sweet varieties until here.

Always a great Vape shop to go to in Montgomery county! Always pleasant and helpful with making a choice. Not to mention they always have great prices or sales going on. Love this place!

This is not just "the vape spot. "... this is "my vape spot"! Yes, it is very convenient to find everything that you want in one place! I had a chance to talk to the owner twice he's a great man, too. What I like the most about "my vape spot" lol is the people at the register/cashier (white glove customer service).

I do have a question, though: why do I always see new faces? People are quitting getting fired, or you have many types of shifts?

Fantastic local vape shop with a huge selection of everything! Extremely knowledgeable owner who is always there to help out with suggestions. And now they have a rewards program. You can't find a better vape shop than this!

Nervous first timer here, and I had trouble finding the place because of construction literally outside the door. A nice woman met me outside and welcomed me. I can’t remember her name but just picture in your head a majestic blue haired punk rock fairy🥰 I was screaming Yaaassss Queen in my head. She was super nice and wasn’t pushy or impatient with me at all. I suffer from depression, anxiety, and lack of appetite…she listened to me without judgement 🥹🙏🏾 that meant the world to me and I really love the product she suggested. This was a great experience and I would recommend this business. Aside from the product itself I really appreciated the kindness and time she took to explain literally everything to me. I’m really happy with my purchase ❤

An amazing assortment of CBD and vape products. Huge projector and two other TVs. My only complaint is that I lost a Street Fighter 2 tournament 😭

I called ahead and they set aside what I wanted. I was able to pick up my replacement rainbow geekvape (in the right color!) and it took under 5 minutes.

I had a great experience Josh and Kenny were so helpful. Josh suggested some great vape juices and when cracked the glass to my tank he found me another one to fit. Also I am on crutches and they both helped me in and out of the store. Thanks for the great experience will definitely come again and I suggest others to do the same. They are very knowledgeable.

I LOVE this shop! Just stopped by for the first time today and this will be my go to vape store from now on! They have a great selection on liquids and they are super friendly. They were also able to get my tank unstuck from my mod which is blessing because I couldn't get it off for the life of me. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

I had a great experience while visiting the vape spot in Gaithersburg, Mr David was very knowledgeable of the everything in the store and all the CBD products and their purposes. I purchased CBC drops but I don't think its for everybody, most likely I will go back to regular CBD.

This store is really great! People are always willing to help and guide about the products. Excellent client service. Kind and gentle.
