We took two pieces of heirloom jewelry to Atlanta West Jewelry in hopes of having a special ring made for our daughter. Our expectations were exceeded!!!! They used our stones to come up with a beautiful ring in a style that we love. The custom ring they produced is unique, beautiful, and the quality is outstanding. We could not be happier! Shopping at Atlanta West Jewry was a nice experience. My husband and I were visiting Carrollton and were browsing the shops and a ring caught my husband’s eye. He purchased the ring for me. The sales clerks were very friendly and helpful. Next time we visit we will most definitely browse their store again.

The staff was inviting and friendly. We moved here recently from Texas and we were welcomed with open arms! Very beautiful choices and unique pieces. Definitely a place I look forward to shopping at!

We decided to give this place a try for my fiancés wedding band. I’m so glad we did! We were greeted immediantly with friendly faces. Stacy was the associate to help us and she was fabulous. All of our questions were answered with the upmost knowledge. The quality and prices of every jewelry piece were super reasonable too! I ordered my fiancés band shortly after and it arrived the very next day! 10/10 recommend this business! We will definitely be returning customers.

Needed some work on my father’s watch. Watch wasn’t purchased here but they were more than willing to help. Service was fast and very affordable. I did browse the store as I waited and I will admit that they have a beautiful selection of men’s rings and watches.

Atlanta West has a lovely range of jewelry at reasonable prices. The staff are very helpful and aren’t the high pressure salespeople you find in some stores.

Lexington went absolutely above and beyond for me. I’m only off on Wednesdays and cannot always be in Carrollton on Saturdays. She made it work through the phone. Thank you so much for all the help!!!

Joan was so helpful. She found a piece that needed and was able to get it overnighted so that I could have it for a last minute gift. She made everything so easy. Then helped me pick out some beautiful bracelets. I had a great experience!
