Rhea Lana's of North Atlanta

I've been a Rhea Lana's shopper for several years now. I love how easy it is to be sustainable by shopping consignment. This location is easy to access via MARTA. I always walk away with a season's worth of high quality kids' clothes for a relatively low price!

Any item you can think of from infant to school age Rhea Lana's has at a good price! They even have preteen and education based books and curriculum material. The best!

Really appreciate these types of sales. Lots of different items to choose from. I was able to find my son plenty of clothes and toys and books. Looking forward to the Spring sale.

I was pleasantly surprised that so many things were left on the last day of the sale. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. I will go back to this event in the future.

First time consigning here and I’m not sure I would go back to this location to consign. Sarah isn’t very friendly and wasn’t very helpful to a first time consigner. The directions provided did not state everything correctly. When I arrived I was rudely told that I could not come in to put the tags on my items. I had to do it outside or come back at another day/time which I didn’t have time for so I froze my butt off outside to put my 222 tags on. The directions did not state that you HAD to pick up the labels in advance otherwise you’d be putting them on outside in the cold, they only said it was recommended. I politely said well I’m a first time consigner so I’m new!! I put that aside and hoped it was the only rude interaction we would have; thought well maybe she was stressed or something. My husband even told me to just let it go that she was probably just under pressure. Then I sent my husband to pick up day. He was 8 minutes behind and she almost didn’t let him in to pick up the leftover product. He stated she was very rude and would barely speak to him! He tried to make small talk with her and asked her how the sale went etc. She ignored him completely! I was really surprised at her attitude again and he immediately called me and said that lady is completely rude and we just can’t believe that she’s still doing business with that kind of attitude. I hope the other locations don’t treat their consigners the same way!

First off, most of the baby items were dirty or pilled or falling apart/missing pieces. I know they don’t set the prices but basic things are outrageously expensive. They need a guideline of what things cost. I came in the evening and had trouble with my debit card and they said they’d hold my bag until the morning. In the morning everything was back on the shelves so I had to go collect everything i had already shopped for and Sarah(the lady who runs it) said they don’t hold anything. I would have appreciated knowing that when they agreed to hold them or at least maybe they could hold the bag until noon. I was there at 10:30am and everything was restocked.

Disappointed in the customer service of the main organizer (Sarah). They had an item mis-priced and when I raised a flag about it, multiple helpers told me that Rhea Lana’s always honors the ticket price, even if it was imputed incorrectly. Sarah came up to me later and asked for my ticket for the item to “check on it.” She never gave me an update and I had to walk the entire store for 20 minutes to find her. She then said she couldn’t honor the price but that she could sell it for half. I said “sounds like a fair deal, I’ll take it.” But then she suddenly couldn’t sell it for half (even though she just said she could) and promptly began ignoring me as I was trying to get an update on the sale. I understand respecting your consignor but you also need to put some effort into respecting your customer. For someone who is leading this sale, I was disappointed at the example she set for customer service. There was no professionalism on the customer side and instead she just tried to ignore me with hopes I would go away. If you can’t honor the ticket prices in your store then you lose the credibility of your shopping experience.

First time consigning with Rhea Lana's of North Atlanta and was told on the date of pick up. As Sara handed me my check She said: "Don't come back!" I was stunned as to why and what did I do?? She said it wasn't worth her time and we didn't sell enough stuff to make it worth her time. ( I sold 134 items) even when I offered to reduce the number of items I bought for sale. Sara told me no she just didn't want me back because we didn't make her enough money! And the price of my items is at a low price. (I don't overprice my items) . I have never felt so belittled and degraded in my entire life!! Sara made me feel like I was lesser of a human than her. I have sold at many consignment sales around Georgia and no one has ever been so Rude!!

There’s nothing here guys. Went to the store and it’s closed down. Don’t come here bro go to once upon a child or call first to make sure they actually exist.
