I needed windshield wiper blades for one of my vehicles. I walked into this store and they were busy taking care of many guest.

The store was organized and clean.

Less than 10 minutes later I was greeted professional by a team member named James. He was personalable, confident, focused and executed flawlessly.

He walked out to the vehicle to check what type of wiper arm configuration it actually had, then back inside the store grabbed the blades and checked me out. I had asked him if he wouldn’t mind just installing the drivers side for me. He replied “I would be happy to”.

While asking one of his team members to get my receipt for me as he existed the store and installed both wiper blades for me.

James, I truly appreciate you going the extra mile for me today in this heat! And the positive attitude you displayed with those before me and with me.

I want to thank Dustin for all his time in helping me with a replacement battery for my vehicle that was currently located out of town. Just one of the reasons I am a return customer, because we matter to the staff of Advanced Auto.

Walked in yesterday looking for a part the guy was so nice he came out from the back and walked me right to the part that might work for me. It is a small gesture but it is so much better then just pointing to the isle and telling someone it is over there somewhere

I stopped by the Enterprise store about a month ago 😂 this young lady helped me my car was in need of a set of windshield wipers car is a 2017 model never had changed them well she hopped in too action an showed me up,,,, cause I had no idea as to what I was doing (It did not take her a full 60 seconds to get it done 👍✅👍 wish I could remember her name but she is awesome 💯😎

I went in this Advance Auto Parts store in Enterprise to send a package back to Amazon. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. He had the transaction set up and ready in a short while. The store seemed to be stocked well and had a variety of items from which to choose.

So on this day my car was having issues. I changed my alternator and battery light was still on. I had to get a new battery so to advance I went. All I went to say is that the young lady who helped me that day with my battery rocks! She changed my battery with no problem and after all that asked if we can check if everything was ok. Battery light was still on so she did a diagnostic check on my alternator it was an issue. It was eventually fixed but to know that she took the time to help me out in that small way meant a lot. Thank you. Great customer service!!

Went into store 9270 (Enterprise, AL) looking for a battery and cable for my son's car. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman named Paul. He went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. While he replaced the battery and connector, we had a great conversation. I will continue to do business here because of Paul. Thanks for your friendly attitude in helping a mechanically challenged person.

Advance Auto parts has good customer service, and good quality parts. The staff will help you troubleshoot a problem and make recommendations. They also have tools you can rent but you get refunded back the rent once you return the tool.
