Really enjoyed brunch here! Nice healthy options that are prepared well. Fresh, high quality ingredients and plenty of options to choose from.

On this first visit, I tried the teriyaki bowl with salmon and substituted the black rice. The salmon was excellent and the rice/veggies in the bowl were also solid. Everything was fresh and went so well together.

My husband got the blueberry pancakes and he loved them. The real maple syrup was such a good touch!

Lots of drinks too, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. My old fashioned was solid.

Our server Clara was great. Super helpful, attentive, and nice!

If you are trying to eat healthy this is a great option. Menu has a little bit of everything, it all has the least amount calories possible; I think my burguer was like 800 and of course with a salad instead of fries so you can save calories. Price was in line with expectations for a healthy food kind of place and there were no compromises with the flavor.

We have been loyal customers of True Food Kitchen and love both the food and the atmosphere. But today, we came for the Spring Tasting Menu experience, and I can say it was wonderful. The server, Maria, was above and beyond to serve us in the best possible way. She was extremely friendly, polite, explained each menu item, and made us feel special for today's event. We loved the food as always, everything well-balanced, a true explosion of flavors.

Second time here this week! Visited first on Monday and it was on my mind since then. I have a gluten allergy and dairy intolerance and love the options and food here has been delicious unlike other GF options. I brought my friend here to have her check it out and she loved it too! Our server was Maria and she was excellent and friendly as well, her service was great! Can’t wait to come back!

True Food Kitchen is our favorite! This place serves QUALITY delicious food and they even went seed oil free! My husband and I come here once a week!! The happy hour is also amazing! You can’t go wrong with any dish. Plus the staff at the bar is wonderful! Kenzie, Riley, Jason & Justin… 5 star employees!

This is one of my FAVORITE restaurants! The service is always great, the food is always so delicious, and it’s a great place for the whole family. It also helps me stay health conscious and be mindful of what I’m eating without sacrificing the taste!!

Started off STRONG with Maria Clara's exceptional service and expertise of the menu. Continued on to try the edamame dumplings (per Maria: dough, filling, sauce all made in house!). The dumplings were sumptuous and the portion was generous enough for two to try. The truffle made the dumplings even earthier and heartier. Loved them! Segue into turkey burger (also exceptional) and salmon. Both made exactly as ordered and tasty. Will come back for more!

Maria was our server and was very polite and professional. Additionally was patient and accommodating in assisting me w/ my many food sensitivities. Many adjustments on my meal. Eating out made easier. This is our third time here and the only place we go when visiting! Thank you Maria and chefs!

I had the pleasure of dining at True Food Kitchen recently, and I must say, the experience was made even better by our incredible server, Clara. From the moment we were seated, Clara's warm smile and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home.

Clara was attentive without being intrusive, perfectly balancing the timing of her visits to check on us while ensuring we had everything we needed. She was knowledgeable about the menu, eagerly sharing recommendations and answering our questions about the dishes. Her passion for healthful eating and the restaurant's philosophy truly shone through.

Not only did Clara provide outstanding service, but she also went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, suggesting modifications and making sure every aspect of our meal was tailored to our needs.

The food itself was, as always, delicious and fresh, but Clara's excellent service definitely elevated our dining experience. She checked in at just the right moments, ensuring everything was perfect and that we were completely satisfied.

It's clear that Clara is a valuable asset to the True Food Kitchen team, and her dedication to her guests is commendable. I can't wait to come back and enjoy another meal with the same fantastic service. Thank you, Clara, for making our visit so memorable!

We are frequent TFK diners and came in to try some of the items on the new spring menu. We had Dory as our server who was excellent and attentive server. The new items are absolutely delish!

Ate here for lunch with my sister. I enjoyed the quinoa bowl with added chicken. My sister ordered the hummus which had undisclosed jalapenos blended in. Unfortunately, she has no tolerance for anything spicy and was unable to eat it. Instead of taking it off the bill, we were offered another one to take home. The service was good. Patrick was very friendly and made us feel at home. The squash pie was incredibly delicious. Being lactose intolerant, I was happy it was non dairy and topped with coconut whipped cream. We also enjoyed our flavored lemonades.

Im so happy I found this place !!! Organic food . Amazing service ! Maria my waitress was amazing and made the best recommendations. Oh and the picture ? Brownie dessert ice cream! So good I didn’t even have time for the actual pic. Eat here you won’t regret it

We really enjoyed this visit. We got the edamame dumplings which were in a really delicious savory sauce. Could have drank the sauce!
Also the Korean noodle bowl with tofu was good.
The Grilled chicken Ranch wrap was very tasty, but the salad was barely dressed (and i don't like a lot of dressing)
The iced tea was delish.
Our server, Michael, was excellent... very attentive.
Would definitely go back the next time I'm in the area.

I eat at this restaurant almost every time I visit the Town Center mall in Boca Raton. This time, I wanted a quick meal. I am sorry I did not take a picture of one of my favorite dishes which is the edamame dumplings. A truly remarkable dish. I eat mostly plant-based, and this is a perfect spot to do so even though they have options for everybody. I felt like having a Moscow Mule, and the drink was delicious. Normally, I prefer their refreshing flavored spritzers. I have always loved the space, the ambiance, the inspiring messages on the wall, and the great service I have received. I highly recommend this restaurant. This time, they gifted me, at time of payment, a nice recipe card. I look forward to trying it. Great job! ⭐

Matt was super nice. Suggested all the right appetizers all the right drinks and all the right entrées as well as the best dessert on the menu, which was a blueberry lemon cheesecake or something. It was delicious. The drinks were delicious and everything was healthy. Just the right amount of salt. Everything was just perfect. Matt was super super awesome.
