I have recently decided to stop shopping at this specific cotton on body due to a specific associate. I have been going to this location consistently now for about a year, and am usually there with my friend. Every time we go and this specific associate is there, it is a terrible experience. We have always gone out of our way to be exceptionally nice to her assuming she read us wrong, but it seems no matter what she is whispering in her friends ear, rolling her eyes, or blatantly busting out laughing as we exit while staring at us. It is also disappointing because whenever she is not there is is an amazing atmosphere with sweet girls who are helpful. I think this is a matter of bullying and should not be tolerated as she is bringing down the entire atmosphere in this store. I believe proper disciplinary action should be ruled out for this incredibly inappropriate and blatantly disrespectful behavior. She is a mid sized girl with light brown hair. That being said the other associates are amazing and also seem to be affected by this girls behavior.

I used to love shopping at Cotton on body to the point where I would go there multiple times a week. Unfortunately it has recently became an issue for me because of a very rude associate. I tried to identify her name, but couldn’t. She is a kind of bigger girl with short light brown hair. Every time I go into shop she’s there and she always is rolling her eyes, and gossiping about me very blatantly with her other coworkers. for the past few months, I have been thinking maybe one day she’ll be nice however each time I go in she’s not. I was just there today, August 23 and she was laughing at me and gossiping with a darker haired girl that works there. I find that kind of behavior completely unacceptable if it were my employees I would be very disappointed with them. I think this is an issue that needs to be taken care of in whatever manner is appropriate. It is very disappointing to shop in an environment that is as unwelcoming as cotton on body station park. I love all the girls at the regular cotton on store and never seem to have an issue there.
