Ordered Birria takeout after hiking all day in Sequoia and loved the food. The owner was very nice and his wife fresh made the corn tortillas which were fantastic. Definitely recommend stopping by if you want some great food!

We had diner here, we ordered beef taco’s with extra guacamole. Quesadillas and red chicken enchiladas. Really nice local family business, hard working people who are very kind. This is the best place where I have been for Mexican food in my life! Really enjoyed it. All was very tasty and portions are great size. Would recommend going to this awesome place.

Both lady and gentlemen were very respectful. First time here & it was delicious, service was great. I like when the individuals running a business don’t let specific things ruin there mood towards others. It was a hot day, you can tell they were working hard, sweating and still in a very good mood, very talkative and nice. I will be coming here for sure more often now

Food was perfect and the owner was super nice and funny. My enchiladas were delicious. The carne asada and fajitas looked great too. I tried some of their corn tortilla and it was the best I’ve ever had. If you’re visiting Sequoia National Park, you have to stop here for food.

Just came in for a quick to go meal for tacos: Barbacoa, Pastor, Asada. Got one of each of the medium salsas, red and green. Tacos were delicious. The red sauce was very good, but the green sauce is probably the best I’ve ever had. Place had a great vibe. I’ll happily be back.

The owner was so nice and the food was absolutely amazing! Best place for a wonderful meal on our road trip!! We had birria, tacos (al pastor with homemade corn tortillas), and chicken enchiladas verdes. I would recommend everything. The enchiladas were so flavorful and authentic. We especially enjoyed the horchata & flan. My favorite thing is that it’s supporting a family run business with excellent food.

While attending the Best Of The Valley quilt show in Lindsay, California we googled restaurants near me, and were directed with five stars to El Sabor De Mi Cocina. This restaurant did not disappoint! The warm and friendly greeting from the owner was just the beginning of a fantastic experience. All the food items we ordered were homemade. The chips and salsa were so good! We ordered carnitas tacos, birria, and grilled chicken enchiladas, one with red sauce one with green sauce. The beans and rice that came with the two plates were generous servings and so good! My birria came as a soup in broth with homemade corn tortillas, onion, cilantro and lemon. I have zero complaints. The dining area was nice and cool compared to the 80+ heat outside. When passing through to Fresno, Visalia we will for sure stop again.

During our trip to Las Vegas we made a stop in Lindsay and found this place via Google maps. The best Mexican food freshly made by the owner. The very friendly owner took his time to explain the various dishes. If you are looking for very good food, make sure to stop here.

A great hidden gem on the way to Sequoia NP. Amazing atmosphere, friendly owners that make you feel like family and don’t get me started on food, the birria tacos were amazing. Can’t pass through Lindsay without visiting this place.

We were on our way to sequoia national park and noticed this place on Google by accident and boy oh boy...one of the best Mexican places I've ever been to. Definitely try their birria taco 🌮 😍. It's a small family run business and the warmth that u feel in their hospitality is so genuine!!

The food was honestly the best Mexican food I had and taste just like my moms cooking and this isn’t a bot or whatever I’m actually genuine the food was rlly good I recommended this restaurant and please support this family by going to their restaurant everything was delicious from tacos to carne asada plate and I tried the choco flan rlly delicious please if your in town check this place out it’s worth it!!!

My family and I love this place! My aunt recommended it to us, and it is definitely worth 5 stars, even more! They were really nice and accommodating. They put two tables together so my family and I can all be seated next to each other. I had the quesabirria tacos and they were so good and filling! I got full with just one. My sister got the sope and it was really big and looked really appetizing! They also have a molcajete you can order that comes with a lot of meat and nopales! 10/10 would recommend!

This is an small family buisnes that is worth visiting when around. Dont be scared to go in because the service is wholesome and the food is worth it. I recommend the fachitas. Everything is freshly cooked and delicious. Please vistit!!

I was on my lunch break with some colleagues and the cashier man overheard that I wasn’t ordering anything however once my coworkers were served so was I, the kind man brought me some chicken tacos on the house im so thankful there are still people with good hearts out there, wish i could’ve got his name.🩷
