Decided to try it out yesterday, food was lovely and service was very helpful in answering questions about the bakery items that were on display but not on the menu.

I recommend it for a breakfast or lunch that you’re not in a rush for, because the place has a very calm atmosphere and as soon as I walked in I felt more chill. Food took the amount of time it should have and was delicious!!!
I ordered a muffin, it tasted like vanilla with some buttercream.
I also got the Blooming Berry Smoothie and an OG Breakfast Sandwich, both of which I could tell were made with love, care and time.
I ordered all 3 things assuming they’d be smaller but they’re good portions for the price they are. In the future I’ll probably just get the sandwich and drink to save money and not have leftovers lol.

The atmosphere was a mix of polished natural hardwood with minimalist industrial, with a friendly vibe. They also had a little shelf with books and stuff so if any kids are bored they could borrow one. I’m not a parent, but that stood out to me and I feel like more places doing that would have been something I would have appreciated when I was a child.

I don’t post reviews often so this place made quite an impression on me.

I’ve been coming here for months and I have to say, it’s really an awesome experience. Everyone who works here is so nice and cares about the product they’re giving you. Between offering to make a new drink before it’s on the menu (which was incredible) to fresh baked cookies and just really warm interactions, I love it here. It very much feels like a cozy shop and the interior aesthetics are so great. I can’t wait to come in the fall/winter when the vibes are going to be top tier. Please check them out!

Came in pretty much first thing in the morning. The shop was quiet and warm. It has a very relaxing and inviting atmosphere. their seating has a few kids toys and various books and magazines. The barista welcomed everyone that came in even if they were busy with a drink order. They were very helpful in answering my questions. I ended up with a cold brew and avocado toast with bacon. They are on the pricier side but I came into the shop expecting it. I was surprised with 2 slices of toast and 2 pieces of full bacon and the avocado didn't have an overbearing taste of acidity like some spreads can have. my coffee was a bit bitter but that was more of an ordering error. I'll definitely be returning to try out their refreshers and smoothies!

They have a mobile truck and they parked at my building today! REALLY YUM muffins and a good selection of types of gourmet coffee to choose from. The truck IS SO COOL and is half the experience.

Spacious cafe with a wide variety of coffee drinks and some food as well. The building seems new with large windows looking out onto the street and parking lot. The MBTA station is right across the street.

My americano was tasty and prepared quickly. The "healthy" muffin was heated up for me and was full of dried fruit. It turned out to be a little sweet but that's probably just me as I don't often eat pastry.

This cafe was catering to a variety of age groups, with older people chatting while pre-elementary school kids played with blocks provided by the cafe.

Recommended for anyone looking for a nice space to take a coffee break in central Fitchburg.

Was good to see the mayor of Fitchburg and the owner of Identity interacting with folks like it was tea time in their living room. Super welcoming atmosphere. Great Aquarium view of the pretty city of Fitchburg. Creative beverages and great coffee. Crew operates like a loving family. This will be a place of restoration for the community. Expect great connections in this new location.

A great place to sit and study or catch up with friends. There is so much space to sit and get comfortable and the food and drinks are very well made. The area needed a cozy spot like this!

Great food. Super nice people. Lots of room that it never feels crowded even at peak hours. Menu is a bit limited, but they’re gradually expanding their options, and the sandwiches they do have are great. The regular drip coffee is smooth and high quality. One of the few places I drink it black.

I live in the area and when I heard there was a new coffee place opening up I was excited to try it. The staff were welcoming and nice. The coffee was amazing and my Fiance got the ID sandwich and she loved it. I am glad there is finally some more coffee places around. I would strongly recommend trying it. (The inside is also spacious and has plenty of room to sit down and chat or do some homework too!)

INCREDIBLE place! I’ve been to a ton of coffee in Massachusetts and beyond and this place definitely carries the coffee house vibe that I’m always so much craving. And besides the atmosphere, the coffee itself is true to goodness. I’m so excited about this happy spot I will be visiting again! They have that wide range of options for dairy-restricted individuals as well. So wonderful

This place offer a spacious atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly service, making it a top spot in north central Massachusetts.

New spot in Fitchburg, MA. They’ve been open for about a month now, and I have been very impressed.

Food + Drink:
- I haven’t been able to try all the menu items but my favorites have been the iced maple Cubano and the OG breakfast sandwich. The sandwich is a must try.

Atmosphere:
- Very relaxing and productive atmosphere. I come in often to do some work for my job. The interior is very attractive and cozy, with a modern/industrial vibe.

Service Quality:
- Every time I order and dine in, the staff have always been super friendly. One thing that really stuck out is how they would deliver my food and drink to me at my table. I’ve never been to a coffee shop that’s done that for me.

All in all, it’s a great place to use to get some work down or if you just want to sit down with some friends.

Highly recommend trying this place out

I have been having my weekly team meetings at the Fitchburg location
First thing that struck me is that the barista’s are very aware of how many people are in line, and make sure they take care of the customers quickly! I don’t see that anywhere else!!!

I went to identity coffee lab in Fitchburg Ma for the first time Saturday and loved it. The space is so sweet and warm and restful. The service was outstanding. Selah (one of the baristas) in particular went above and beyond. And the chai tea latte I had was so delicious. Something else that really stuck out to me , was how they had little toys and books for children. I had my 11 month old baby with me and she enjoyed playing with the toys there as I caught up with a friend! Also, I loved hearing the Christian music playing in the background, such a sweet atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back. ☺

Was my first time and was amazing ,I recommend american coffee and bacon egg and cheese croissant, delicious.
