Sam's Xpress Car Wash

My truck got muddy so I stopped in for a wash. I was a little worried it had gotten so muddy they might turn me away, but they took quite a bit of time pre-cleaning the outside before sending me through. I appreciated that. It came out looking clean as ever.

This is one of the best car washes that you can find in Raleigh.
I'm using the $40 per month full package which is very much helpful for me to keep my car clean. I used to go there few times a month thanks to this package.
Additionally it has free vacuum free carpet cleaner and most interestingly next to it is the Exxon gas station.

This Sam’s location in particular is great because:
- the equipment/wash itself does a great job washing, rinsing, and drying. I’ve been to other Sam’s that are little lower quality
- they have a license plate reader that works, so you don’t have to use the sticker on your windshield. It’s a small sticker, but still not a fan.
- most of the time, the employees do a great job pre-treating your car before you enter the wash to begin with. They don’t typically use a brush here, which I prefer, but they are generous with the bug treatment and power washing.
- there are gas pumps right as you exit the car wash, making it a super convenient stop on the way to wherever you’re going.

They also have great vacuums and plenty of spaces (if the two rows are full as you are exiting the wash, keep driving around the corner). There is always a cart full of clean towels and window cleaner.

It's an easy in-and-out carwash service with different service levels depending on what you need, and there is a section in the parking area after you wash your car to clean the interior with free vacuums and glass cleaner. Daniel was extremely helpful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He made us aware of their monthly service plan that allows us to get car washes every day for a single payment. Would recommend this place to anyone who likes to keep their car looking great!

I have a Sam's Express membership so I can clean my car every day if needed. The wash is very good, vacuums work well, they provide spray and towels to clean inside vehicles. You can also run your floor mats thru the machine for free. Very nice feature. Each carwash is a Nice facility.

I used to visit Sam’s car wash at the other Raleigh area, and now I’m so glad they have the location very close to my house!

The detailing for the Top wash is amazing and the staff & their service are so nice!
As always, facility is perfect.

Just wanna shout out the boys at Sams car wash. We had significant bugs stuck to the front of our car. Asked the staff if they had any resources for it, and they were very helpful. Even had us run through the wash an additional time. Helped out by a taller gentleman, I believe his name was Dylan or something close to that. He scrubbed the front of our car on the second pass. Really went above and beyond. I appreciate the service and I’ll be sure to bring all my families cars here in the future. Thanks!!

The concrete floors in this place are much cleaner than the Apex one I need to going. This is kind of important because all this stuff that's left on the floor gets tracked and picked back up and put right up in the cars again.

Best you can ask for for a car wash- decent prices and the best results I’ve found for these types of car washes. I don’t go to other places until I can get to a Sam’s express

Very good wash and for the top two washes you get a free one within 5 days. Good vaccuums and they provide rags and glass cleaner. Very helpful and friendly staff. Overall excellent time here.

Been using Sam's Xpress Car Wash since soon after they opened. Typically, I visit the Cary/Raleigh location at Swift Creek. Found the employees are enthusiastic, pleasant, and helpful. Signed up for the monthly subscription wash and couldn't be happier. This car wash supplies towels and window spray for no extra charge. You can even clean your car mats for no cost, choosing either a wet or dry setting. The vacuum choices include a brush and wand, with excellent suction. Free coffee, vending machines, and clean bathrooms are available as well. I'll never wash my car at home again.

Car wash was great! Staff was very helpful. I ended up locking my keys/phone in the car and they helped me reach a locksmith and offered me refreshments. Vacuums are high powered, and they have a car-mat washing machine that operates wet and dry. I wish they had more materials to wipe down the inside of your car (leather/cloth cleaner), but they provide microfiber cloths and glass cleaner. Overall, great experience!

I like this car wash and considering how busy they stay, it moves fairly quickly.

Sam's car wash, at Campbell Road, is amazing! They did a great job cleaning my car, and they even offered to rewash it for free when they found some tough stains on the bumper. I'm so impressed with their customer service and their attention to detail. I highly recommend them!

This place is awesome! Staff were super helpful/friendly! We got a complimentary second wash since the first one didn’t completely do the trick (the car was pretty dirty).

Great deal. The place is quick and clean. The vacuums all work and there are towels and window cleaner to get those last little bits clean. They even have an automatic floor mat cleaner. Nice place

Nice carwash it has a. Offe and vending room which I still haven't figured out why I would want that but it is nice to be able to use the restroom. The wash and vacuums are good. The price is reasonable. We do use the membership. Also, they have a 4 day rain guarantee, so keep your receipts.

My mom purchased the “3 Top Wash Tickets” a while ago and gave me her last one to use. When I went to Sam’s Xpress Car Wash and gave them the ticket, they informed me that the ticket had expired. Instead of turning me away, the employee (wish I knew his name) ran inside to talk to his manager and came back out with a receipt for a free car wash!! It made my entire day! I would 100% recommend going here & plan to go back in the future!

Best carwash customer I have ever had. One of the team members walked me through process of getting my floor mats cleaned and after discovering my rubber mats are unique they offered to power wash them instead of putting them through their machine. They have a real coffee machine and a team that actually comes to work to actually work.
