The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the brands sold there are top notch, unlike some other establishments in the area who sell brands I've never heard of. If you sign up for rewards, be sure to register with the website so you can eventually redeem the points you will accumulate if you're a steady customer. The prices are pretty much the same they'd be at any physical establishment, so unless you generally get your vape products online, this is the shop I'd suggest going to in Lancaster.

This place is awesome . Great prices and great customer service. Because each customer has questions and needs help, there is usually a line waiting. Only having one person working can be a challenge. But be patient it will be worth it

This place has very knowledgeable staff and a huge selection of Vapes, pods, e liquids and what I really, really like is that Good Guy Vapes has their own line of " mix your own " e liquids in all strengths and lots of flavors ! And it's actually cheaper to purchase e liquids that way. They are open till 10pm most nights. Cool place. Check them out. You won't be disappointed.
Oh, they are on Walnut Street near Water Street in downtown Lancaster so you'll need to find parking BUT I know that "Building Character" and the adjoining shops on the 300 block of Queen Street in the back has free parking for short term shopping.

Great selection of items and juices. Best store in the Lancaster area with great hours and super knowledgeable staff (who are not pushy Hipster d-bags) helped me diagnose a problem and got me a newcharger while I was at it. Go the the Good Guys. Nice clean modern shop too.

Ridiculously low prices compete with many online vendors.
Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to help with service as well as sales.
The loyalty program is very rewarding. I've been visiting regularly and made this my first and last stop for vape liquids and other supplies.

I went in tonight wanting to learn more about vapes that are refillable and not disposable. I've been smoking disposable vapes for a while and wasn't sure if I was ready to make the switch. I'm so happy I did go in! Bailey was working and he was incredibly helpful explaining the differences between vapes and what they do. I came in pretty close to closing time which is something I really try not to do at places but he was totally nice and didn't mind at all. He told me what would be of best quality, but without pressuring me to buy anything. He genuinely knew the products and had answers to all of my questions. I will be returning, and recommend this shop to anyone who vapes! Thanks again Bailey, I really do appreciate your time! And I hope management gets your AC fixed, he was stuck working in a really hot store!

Great service. The gentleman I spoke to (I believe his name was Vince) was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs and helped me pick out some great gear. No pressure atmosphere and the showroom was incredibly clean and organized. The pricing on all of their products was very competitive. Don't waste your time on the internet. First time I went here I was looking for a vaporizer for the first time to cut my use f cigarettes so I asked what would work and Tori and Patty helped me.
