Cantina Louie (Palm Coast, FL)

Had the best food, was a quiet place even though there was music. It wasn't hard to talk to my family, service was great the guy was really nice and fast. The food came out super fast too. The waiter saw it was about to rain so he made sure we got out there fast. Overall a great experience. The price was surprising. Very cheap for everything.

We happened upon this after I googled Gluten Free food close to our Airbnb in Palm Coast. It looks so unassuming on the outside in a strip mall type parking lot but once you step inside it is fantastic! The art on the walls is worth the visit alone but then the food and drinks and service make it a must stop! I got 3 different type of Gluten Free tacos on corn shells that were all delish! Their chips and salsa are also gf and they serve it when you sit down complimentary. I got a spicy marg and it was amazing - the rim on the glass was a spicy and sweet type rim!

for my food allergies - tree nuts and gluten. We sat at the bar and ate and had the best time! (Side note - we went to the Cantina Louie in St. Augustine and did not find it as inviting and the food wasn't as good. I do think the Palm Coast one is better on both food quality and aesthetic and even service!)

For those who follow, I rarely get to hit the full 5 stars; 1 for quality of the food, 1 for service, 1 for cleanliness, 1 for atmosphere, and one for that certain something extra. Cantina Louie hit all five today. Ordered the burrito bowl and the birria tamales. Both dishes were spot on for flavors we wanted. Steven was fast. efficient, and gave us the run down on the menu we needed. Clean as it should be. The murals were a nice touch and unique to the Palm Coast location. And then the something extra, free pint glasses for every happy hour margaritas and a visit from the manager, Ryan, with thanks and a token of their appreciation. We needed this today and timing was perfect.

This restaurant is amazing and the food is superb.
One of our favorite mexican restaurants to go to by far.

Our new favorite spot for Taco Tuesday! Great service, great food and awesome prices, especially on Tuesday’s when all of the specialty tacos are just $2.99 and margaritas are $5.99. We have been back several times and will continue going back and recommending to everyone!

They serve a great Cantina Fajita. The tacos are really good as well. It is pretty authentic. Loved that the server, Sara, speaks great Spanish. Thanks for a great dinning experience!

Our waiter was amazing! He was patient and understanding and knew the menu items really well. The food was delicious as well and the price was reasonable! We will definitely be back.

Nice, clean. Restaurant. Awesome decor!!! I came around 3 pm so a late lunch or early dinner however you want to look at it. I sat at the bar. The bartender was awesome, she was on point and attentive. The restaurant for the most part was fairly empty and just a few people at the bar. The food was good and came out quickly.

Please LIKE & share our reviews. *^^* Visit #2- Matthew was our server and we sat outside. You would think that servers would check on you less if you sat outside...but no. We were treated like VIPs. He also saved our daughter from going into the kitchen when she mistook it for the bathroom. Lol. Wheelchair accessible buuuut must go to the rear of your vehicle to enter the ramp. Please do not let this deter you from visiting this estabslishment or you'll miss out. We visited for the first time and just sat at the entrance. Don't do what we did. Lol When you enter, to the right there is a checkout counter, let them know you needs seats. This place tends to have reservations and several to-go orders so it is possible to get lost in the mix. Lucky for us, someone noticed us and got us seated promptly. Our server Melissa was amaaaaaazing. She was personable yet quick. She had our younggins served so quickly. We didn't have to ask for extra plates for them or anything. She was so attentive to detail but was quite busy. She is the waitress every mother hopes they have in every restaurant! She didn't rush us and when we were ready to go, it was like she pulled to go boxes, bag, cups out of thin air. Kids were starting to get all ants in their pants-like and she had us ready to rollout in a flash. The food was great...extremely hot, fresh and tasty. We ordered the La Parilla with extra rice and beans. We also had surf n turf quesidillas along with complimentary chips and salsa. Will definitely be back. Can totally see why their parking lot is always full of cars... wow.

Food was very good. Drinks were delicious too! No time for pics on the drinks!! Update: 5/10/22 Here again!! Food and drinks were delicious as usual !! Our server Angelina was super attentive and great!! We love coming here whenever we are in town!!!

I loved the carne asada fries. It was so delicious and I highly recommend this dish.

We stopped for some margaritas, unfortunately they didn't have blended ones in the flavor we wanted. But they were good and the service was excellent as is the atmosphere. We will be back to try the food.

Food was delicious. Had chicken fajitas was large portion enough to take home for next day. Had Casa Louie Margarita to complement the meal. Deal of the evening on Mondays was kids meal were only $2.99 instead of regular price of $6.99. We were a party of 12 with 5 kids and all the food and drinks were great.

Was super impressed with the flavor of everything we ordered. Not super authentic, but delicious none the less. Chips were fresh and hot! And the decor is rocking and super fun!

If I could rate this place a 10 I would. First time here. We had Ray as our server. She was so friendly and gave us the rundown of the specials. We were there before 5 and appetizers are half off. It was also taco night which meant $2.95 each. There's at least 10 different tacos. I had a cheese enchilada, a chicken burrito and an al pastor chicken taco. So yummy. Saved my burrito for home. Husband had 3 tacos. The manager/owner, Ryan, came to our table to visit. Amazing food, great service and the atmosphere is eclectic but culturally appropriate. We'll definitely go back. Try this place. You'll love it. We were there during happy hour and the margaritas were half off as well.

This spot is phenomenal! We dined here two nights in a row for tacos and margaritas. Joel our server was lovely, kind and so helpful. The tacos were unbelievable and the hangover style option is the way to go. The street corn shrimp easily stole the show. Also the spicy watermelon margarita was so delicious!

Super yummy great service bar staff could be a little more chipper and not so catty bc another beautiful person comes threw the door very bratty acting even the hostess. But the wait staff great food great very bright has about 90000000 lights along ceiling but food is so yummy and on point.

Came here for my Birthday lunch and I can’t say enough great things about this place! The service was amazing! Steven was our waiter and he was spot on and very accommodating! The food was incredible and exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!!!!
