Patrick Thompson, PA-C

I had an appointment to see PA-Patrick Thompson on 02/09/2024 for a knee aspiration. Check in was easy - pleasant front staff. I waited less than 5 minutes and was called back - did not wait long! RN Lizzie who works with PA Thompson conducted the initial assessment and assisted PA Thompson with care and procedure. Both Patrick and Lizzy worked well together and were very reassuring while clearly explaining things. So fortunate to have found this facility and these wonderful caregivers!

A friend of mine had knee replacements by Dr. Keen and highly recommended him. While I did not get to see Dr. Keen, I saw Patrick Thompson, his PA. Patrick, as well as the whole staff were friendly and helpful. Patrick took his time and told me he did not recommend surgery at this time. He offered two other options and took the time to explain them all.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our visit. From the attentive and friendly staff, to the kind and caring bedside manner, I would recommend this group hands down! Patrick was also incredibly attentive, informative, and made sure to answer all questions that we had. This was my grandmother's first broken bone in her 77 years, so we wanted to make sure we did everything we could to help her recover. Patrick and the staff at Flagler Orthopedic made that possible, and we are so grateful! Thank you.

My recent visit was better than I expected. Patrick was a pleasure.
We ended up scheduling knee replacement surgery for one knee and I received an injection in the other. The injection was actually painless. I was pleasantly shocked. I would highly recommend Patrick.

My first visit to Flagler Health Orthopedic Specialists is one of the best medical experiences I have had in decades! I went in for a hand issue and during that visit, mentioned some hip pain I've been experiencing. The doctor checked and learned Patrick was available to see me despite my not having an appointment with him. Patrick has a great bedside manner- he very clearly explained the factors that could be causing the pain, showed me images, and offered short and long term options to address the problem.

So many providers rush through visits and show little regard for our concerns or intelligence. Patrick was none of these things. He made me feel like he was waiting all day for me to arrive. It was a refreshing change- I actually got poked with a giant needle and left the office smiling. :)

Patrick Thompson and his staff were absolutely amazing! Very caring, polite and professional! Very concerned about my wellbeing and making sure I was okay before leaving. Patrick was great! He listened, answered all my questions, and I never felt rushed, which I cannot say the same for other providers I have seen. My last doc retired so I needed to find a replacement for my knee and shoulder problems - this is the place!

My visit was very satisfying. The office staff was extremely professional, efficient and welcoming. They honored my appointment time, by that I mean there was not an excessive wait before I was seen by Patrick.

Patrick was knowledgeable and informative. I understood what he was saying, my options and the anticipated outcome. I will highly recommend this practice to anyone who asks.
