CVS Pharmacy

I really like the automated technology employed by CVS .

I've been going here for about 15 years and the pharmacists have always been helpful. I've never had had an issue and they do a good job communicating with your doctor, explaining directions or answering questions, and are generally quick at filling scripts. No complaints.

Forced into filing formal Consumer Protection complaint - lights over the pharmacy prescription fulfullment area have been burnt out or missing for months. How can they work if they can't see? Corporate management does nothing. 2. Pharmacy never answers the phones - chronically understaffed. If you have a question about your prescription and he answer isn't on line it's more productive to go in person and safe your phone battery for cat videos. Be prepared to wait there too.

On phone service needs attention, repeat my date of birth 4 times, repeat my last name 4 times, and then ask me to repeat it again , hung up to get out of this crazy customer service.
