Springfield Clinic Peoria Heights

Great experience this morning! I was so nervous about this appointment. All of the staff were so kind, and compassionate. Dr Evans is fantastic. He sat down and took time to talk and explain the procedure to me and answer my questions. Very impressed!!

Excellent service. Everyone was extremely helpful. The receptionist spent time explaining the process for getting insurance approval. She made me feel very at ease about my appointment. The clinical staff were very friendly and professional - kept me informed throughout my appointment. Dr Evans took his time to explain my condition and what surgery he would recommend for me. I wouldn't trust my care to anyone else.

This clinic has a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff and doctor. I appreciate how the doctor listened to my concerns and explained solutions. The entire experience was comfortable. Dr. Evans came highly recommended to me, and I understand why!

I love this place, it's a peaceful atmosphere. The staff and people that I encounter everytime I'm there are friendly and cozy to talk with while waiting to see the doctor. Also, the time waiting for the doctor is very short. I fixed a coffee through the keurrig, before it was done my name was being called. Great service in a short amount of time! 🥰❤

I was seen at my appointment time and given as much time with Dr Evans as I needed to have questions answered. The nurse was informative at the end of the appointment. They had gathered all necessary information before I arrived

Once i arrived for my appointment i just got seated and i was called in to examination room. I was made ready for my surgery. I was having skin cancer removed for my right temple. The whole process took a little over an hour. Every thing was very professional .

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Dr was super nice and did a great job removing 4 of my facial moles.

Very good visit. I was 15min late because we're not from Peoria and ended up at the hospital instead of the Clinic, lol. But the receptionist was very nice and understanding, she only asked that I call if I'm going to late in the future. Which I totally expected, and I should've called.
NP Shelley Scaff was fantastic, she explained everything, and patiently wanted while I dug throw my phone to show her post op products I had questions about. And also just had a great conversation with me. This is my 2nd visit to the clinic, and I always had a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend. ☺

Dr Tyler Evans is great and gental. Had to have an in office procedure with several pokes for numbing. He did great.

Everyone was so nice. Did not have to wait long to be called in to see the doctor. Nurses were very thorough.

Dr. Tyler Evans and Shelley really very good person. They take care of me and they concern about my middle finger Dupuytren. They think about me. They hope me successful my finger bend but stubborn my finger. I am very upset now. I m almost cry. I feel hurts. I m frustrated and my finger middle is stubborn . I had a 2 time Surgery my hand. They concern about me ASL communication important. Service is good. Waiting short time call me good as not long. Thank you 😊. Hope see you again. My last day saw Shelley today. I m not good sleep and depressed about my finger. I want goal succeful my finger. I m disappoint about my finger. I was angry hit my finger need successful.

We had a wonderful experience here. We saw Shelli, the nurse practitioner. She was so kind and explained everything that was going on with my daughter. She even brought up pictures on her phone when we ask specific questions about my daughters fracture. When I called to make the appointment, they were very helpful and accommodating also. I would highly recommend this office.

This was my first experience at this facility. Service and facilities were great, associates were cordial and professional and processing time was fast and efficient. A very positive experience.

It's always been pleasant coming to this office. Shelly is absolutely amazing and kind. Doctor is also very pleasant . I've never had a bad appointment. And never had to wait long at all to be called back , or for the Dr to come in.
