We have been using Code Blue at Hartigan Power Equipment for 8 years. The IT support is above and beyond every time! Jeri, Bill, Melissa and the whole team are wonderful! They get back to us fast and show up faster than any other IT company/support we have ever used. Software, hardware, IT support, phone system install/support... they are the whole package!!

My job at Spectrum Land Company has Code Blue Computing manage our IT needs; as a small business having their technical support is one less problem we have to solve. And their technicians are always super nice ... which must be a reflection of Code Blue's leadership!

Prompt, professional, and solved a complex mission-critical issue quickly. We have both legacy and advanced operating systems that take expertise. Our networking at the data center is fairly sophisticated with web applications and database synchronization.

Bill and the Code Blue team have provided IT support for our small company for several years now and have assisted us with everything from standard technical support, establishing technical infrastructure for a new office suite, enabling VPN access, installation oversight of modern A/V systems, and almost everything in between. All aspects of customer service are extraordinary and technical expertise is exceptional. Response times for remote assistance are rapid and issues are resolved almost instantly. Bill approaches large projects with genuine enthusiasm and he and the rest of the Code Blue team have quickly become an integral and essential part of our small business.

Bill and Jeri are the best!!!!!! I am a small business owner and by no means a technical wizard. When I heard about Code Blues remote monitoring I was all over it! The transition over was seamless and I never missed a beat or experienced any downtime. While chatting with Bill he mentioned how slow my system was running and that he had a great fix that would put me at lightening speed. We have used Code Blue Computing for years with all computer issues such as getting rid of malware and viruses and transferring data from old computers to new. They even took the old computers off our hands! They have always been so helpful, taking time to explain what is going on, and making recommendations. The pricing is very reasonable too. Bill installed our home theater system - TV, speakers, equipment and all! He significantly improved the wifi throughout the house and programmed our remotes! Brandy, the new tech is awesome too! Unfortunately, I spilled soup on my business laptop on a Friday evening. The laptop was stuck in a reboot loop. I had not backed up my data and was a nervous wreck.

Most businesses were closed or closing for the weekend. My boyfriend found and called Code Blue Computing and spoke with Bill. They were in the midst of moving to their new location and it was a few minutes before they closed, but Bill still offered to take a look at the laptop Saturday morning.

We brought the laptop in Saturday. They were working on unloading moving boxes, it was Easter weekend, and they are generally not open over the weekend. In spite of all of this and a stripped screw on my laptop, Bill took care of it before the weekend was over!

Unfortunately, my laptop's motherboard was not a fan of soup. However, they were able to recover and back up all of my data. They did this, over Easter weekend, for a very reasonable price.

I did not get the names of the other owners/employees, but all were incredibly kind! I am somewhat new to the area and am very grateful that we found Blue Code Computing. I would definitely recommend them and will return should I run into computer issues in the future.

Code Blue Computing handles all computer maintenance, protection and phone systems. Code Blue Computing helped save my computer. It was really SLOW and they were able to clean it up and remove all the nasty junk! They also set up our office computer and installed the new software it needed. They have very competitive prices and are always willing to be there ASAP when I'm having tech issues! 5 star people, 5 star service, 5 star company! I use Code Blue Computing for my personal and business computers and receive the TOP NOTCH service every time! Bill has helped me with computer clean up, virus protection, purchasing new systems (and setting them up), he even helps our Grandmother with her computer (she lives 1000 miles away)! I know when I call Code Blue, I will get the most reliable, honest, and professional service there is!

I was having major problems with a fairly new desktop computer running very slow. I tried everything I knew to help make it run faster but to no avail. We are new to Colorado and called a friend for a referral for someone who knew computers. We were referred to Code Blue Computers. We made the call and scheduled an appointment. Bill showed up right on time and began looking at my computer. In about 20 minutes he could see that a certain anti-virus program was slowing down the computer quite a bit. He also found the computer only had 4 gigs of memory. He recommended a much better anti-virus program and to upgrade the computer memory to 16 gigs. I took his suggestion and he downloaded the new anti-virus software. He also found many programs running that were using a lot of power to run the computer. After some deep digging in the computer, it ran much faster. A week later Bill returned and upgraded my computer and my wife's to 16 gigs of memory. Both computers are now lightning fast and no problems.
For Bill's time and new parts for the computer, his final price was very reasonable and his work was very thorough. I would highly recommend Code Blue Computers to anyone who is looking for professional help and reasonable prices. Thanks Code Blue, you are now our only source for computer help.

Recently my old Hewlett Packard computer using Vista operating system apparently died, and I needed a computer expert to talk about what might have happened. My previous computer company, who I had done business with between 2014-2016, had folded, but they referred Code Blue to me as a reputable company to handle all my computer needs. I called Code Blue and spoke to Bill that same day, and told him I feared my HP had fried. Bill said that probably the battery had gone out, and could be replaced for a very affordable sum. I spoke with Bill for a while, and he explained all my options to me. He was very thorough and I felt very comfortable with him. I decided to buy a new computer from a local retailer, and I entrusted Bill with the job of moving all my files from the old HP to my new Lenovo. As my music library is somewhat large, Bill came to my home to take my old and new computers to his shop for the transfer. In a few days my Lenovo computer was returned to me by Bill, and he very easily set up my new system, and now I am on Windows 10. Bill was able to simplify this new computer for me, and he did a thorough and amazing job transferring all my files. My music library was intact, and I was very happy to find it that way. And the final bill was truly reasonable. I now have a computer expert I would not hesitate to call for any future needs I may have with my computer.

Code Blue was able to take in my daughters laptop, remove all 53 viruses and install a virus protection that I trust will work. In addition, I learned that my own virus protection is likely not working so I was able to go to the Code Blue website and download the same protection for my own laptop. The AVG software was able to identify and remove 13 threats from my laptop so I hopefully dodged a bullet there. They are conveniently located and I really like knowing they will be there when I need them again. They are an actual company versus the individual who works from home and says they provide services (like the guy I paid last time to remove viruses and who recommended my non-working virus protection). Thank you Code Blue. Highly recommend!
